Well....itd depend on the size of the drone, no?
I personally dont like those big ones that are like 3 feet wide. A nice small aluminum frame dealio I would expect to cost around 80 bucks?

Nah, these are actually made with cheap and plentiful electronics in china. Consumer ignorance is what makes them hundreds of dollars more than they should be.

It depends what features you want. You can get a decent hobbyist one with a real-time camera feed for a couple hundred bucks. If you're looking for one that does things like active stabilization or a long battery life, that's going to cost you a lot more.
