I'm a pretty light sleeper. He snores somewhat frequently and he enjoys having a nightstand fan going full blast on his face and I find that much stimulation stirring. Different bedroom is simply optimal for us. We'll share the master bed with the same set of covers when we actually go to bed at the same time. I can see if it's a situation where they only have one bedroom with room enough for one bed.
