the other day i ordered the animal crossing switch from gamestop

last night i looked at the product page and saw that it is now out of stock

so i am expecting gamestop to do exactly what they did the first time i tried buying a switch, tell me that it's out of stock after i had already bought the thing.

im going straight digital from now on probably

The only Rune Factory game I played was the PS3 one... Tides of Destiny? I don't play a ton of chill games, but it was decent. Atelier Ryza is the best one of those sorta things I have played in forever. I picked up the second one but haven't tried it yet.

rune factory 4 is absolutely fuckin amazing and you should give it a whirl sometime, it's on both 3ds and switch now

tides of destiny was.... alright, but it wasn't a mainline one and it felt much lower quality

rf4 felt almost infinitely replayable with its many interconnected progression systems and you could do REALLY silly stuff like applying so many status effects you feel physical slowdown every time you swung your weapon, which you also enchanted to be 10x its length

how far in SAO did you get? the Alicization arc really fits despite being SAO because (early spoilers for that arc) everyone besides Kirito is an NPC, and Kirito loses all of his memories and grows up in the simulation, where everyone considers status screens, item durability, and whatnot to be normal

also, Princess Connect is an MMO where they've lost all memory of it being an MMO because the villain "won" the game and wished it to be real and uhhh magic or something. Maybe 5% of the cast remembers the real world. Anime's a very loose adaptation though so they don't cover most of the main plot

it's revealed the world is a game to the gods decided on dice rolls and whatnot, and there's still classes and spells and probably experience and shit, though noone can really see it (though MC can hear the dice rolls occasionally?)

curse of kudan was rejected in october despite not having any sexual content, so no, it's still very much happening

same devs that released the expression amrilato, which was taken down on steam before a huge outcry made them put it back up, because it too had no sexual content. so if anything, it's worse now
