z moves were the worst. felt like a total waste of time and effort to me.

i kinda liked dynamaxing since any pokemon can do it and some of the gigantamaxes are cool. and visually it's fun seeing them so big. but, it's also something you can only do in gyms and multiplayer kinds of environments, and it's not really that interesting tbh.

mega evolutions are ok. i hate how you have to find a different held item for every species, it's so dumb and it was a hassle to deal with. seeing the types, stats, and abilities changing (and of course the designs) made them fun. It's better than dynamaxing in theory but the problem is only a few dozen pokemon can do it, which is pretty lame.

Very cool and intriguing imagery, but I've learned not to trust the imagery in his movies. i think a lot of it is added just for the visual novelty and without concern to the actual meaning of the story. Us feels like a movie where he just had a checklist of intriguing surreal imagery he wanted to string together somehow, and then the story was retrofitted to those images.

Basically like Death stranding, but not quite as bad/embarrassing, and with more artistry.

I'm hoping Nope is a better told story.

It was supposed to come out on the modern consoles with extra content. they announced it in august 2020 and said it'd be released in Q1 2021. it's been a year and their page still says "it'll come in Q1 2021"

My Galaxy S10E basically runs as well as it did when I bought it almost 3 years ago, since I bought it not long after launch), so I think this problem is starting to be solved. It has definitely been a problem in the past for sure though.

The bigger issue I'd like is to be able to delete Facebook/Instagram/whatever. Not only because I don't want to use Facebook/Insta/etc..., but even if I did, there are more optimized apps out there then the default ones.

i used to watch it in high school. it has a big meme presence online but that might just be millennials. IDK how much it's aired on tv and idk how popular peacock is among zoomers

i doubt teenagers are watching it, but i wouldn't be surprised if people in their early 20s are still watching it

No it doesn't. Zoomers often don't even know what the file and folder structures are. They know how to use popular apps like Instagram but they don't understand core concepts bc they never really had to learn them.

two weeks ago when pokemon arceus came out

i think the idea is to wear the mask not just when you walk to your seat but also while you wait for your food. and after you eat, while waiting for your bill. it minimizes the time everybody spends exposed.

most people don't do that though. because people go to restaurants to relax.

anyway i just watched the episode and it's dumb.

if you like nonsequitur endings then maybe. in 2011 the creators said it's their least favorite episode. i haven't watched it for a while because i don't like it much either. from a political perspective i don't think it says much, it's mostly a venue for gay jokes and then at the end "actually we prefer the status quo"

I just watched Color out of Space and he's god-awful.

i have dual citizenship and but I'm not pleased with the UK either. I decided last month that I think I'd like to move to the netherlands in the next few years.

The problem is not ilca, ilca could produce games with higher quality than bdsp if they wanted too but i'm pretty sure pokemon company or gf has iron grip to the development of the remake. The faithful remake bullshit was probaly pc and gf idea to stiffle creativity and new ideas that ilca has for the remake.

i think game freak just didn't trust ilca to take any creative risks since ilca isn't a proven developer. and game freak didn't have the time to help out much other than sending masuda to oversee. so they said "just make a copy of dp" and left it at that

is my guess.
