Being able to see remotely what is inside your fridge. While at work deciding whether to stop by a grocery store on your way home, or while at a grocery store and you realize you don't know if you need something

That would be very useful. IDK if smart fridges actually do that or not.

chris chan should not have been allowed on social media, period. Same is true for other mentally ill "personalities" like etika. Families/doctors of these people should be able to contact sites like twitter/youtube/whatever and have them banned.

Using social media is absolutely dangerous for mentally ill people when they reach a certain level of public awareness. I saw it happen to my bipolar roommate a decade ago. At the time I thought I was being supportive when she showed off how proud she was of her online fanbase, but it was really messing with her ability to function socially. and no matter how hard her parents tried to help, she devoted all her attention to her online community instead. How much can anonymous strangers on the internet be trusted with an unstable person's mental health??? Not at all. All it takes is one troll to unhinge a mentally ill person because they want to see a show. Chris chan has had swathes of provocateurs for over 2 decades now.

In an alternate timeline, Chris chan got the help they needed and was able to live a satisfying life without hurting anybody

It's also impressive how mature the game is for a kid's game in its approach to its story. It doesn't feel like a video game story, it feels like intriguing sci-fi that isn't afraid to get nitty-gritty just because it's in a kids' video game.

By comparison, Dark Samus came out a few years later in MP 2 and feels far more like a generic video game villain IMO.

It's fine to disagree but IMO Fusion's story is great, a nice new direction for the series. The X parasites are by far the most impressive and serious threat in any metroid game, so the stakes had never felt higher. They are both unknown and intelligent (as you find out). It gives a major purpose to the Chozo and to the metroids, and it shows that there were ramifications to killing all the metroids.

The SA-X could have been a generic "dark" version of Samus (like in Metroid Prime 2 tbh..........) but it feels far more threatening and less video-gamey. More like genuine sci fi.

The elevator internal monologues make sense to put in the game. X parasites that mimic her at her peak are scary in a way nothing else had ever been to her, it's very scary for her to have to face off against an x-copy of herself. Compared with a straightforward opponent like Mother Brain, the SA-X is something much more intimate that would arouse a lot of unease and introspection within her. "This thing crippled and almost killed you EASILY and now it's roaming around with all your powers, and it's intelligent." That's partly why it's worth adding the monologues, so we can understand how she's reacting to this unique threat.

They're short and concise, unlike in Other M. They also helped tell a more involved story than in any previous metroid game.

It's a 10/10 game

I was in charge of checking for face masks for a few months last year and earlier this year.

Some guys just get bored of the same person quickly or find that they don't have matching sexual proclivities. You can be with somebody attractive but if they don't act the way that turns you on in the bedroom it doesn't matter that they're attractive.

Not justifying it, just explaining it.

Then there are guys who are getting a good satisfying relationship who cheat when the opportunity comes, because they're straight-up too dumb to foresee the consequences.

He's an ultra-privileged guy and while I'm glad he finally learned not to call people that, it's pathetic and shameful that he was still using that pejorative as a grown adult, especially at age 50 in 2021.

I also remember him saying that gay actors should not reveal that they're gay, because it's something that should stay a mystery. Even though he has always been openly straight and has regularly talked about his wife. Somebody that cluelessly privileged simply doesn't ever try to see things from other people's perspectives.

It does seem weird that they would arrange prices that way. Most of those bundles are like 10 to 17% more expensive than their US versions, but the .99 cent option is only the equivalent of 72 US pennies.

I'm guessing they've done testing and found that having a 99 cent option psychologically is tempting enough to people for it to be worth it even when all the other items are marked up.

I only got the runner's high a few times in my life for reasons unknown to me. Cant get it consistently tho.

If you listen to music while running I think it helps.

IDK if it's a runner high but I do get something that feels amazing sometimes, not always from running but sometimes at my gym. I'm usually listening to music in the middle of exercising when it happens. I feel completely energized and I can feel the blood pulsing through my scalp with every heartbeat. I think I can even hear it (might be my imagination)

With the right evidence, I'd believe the story but I still wouldn't worship the god since I don't think he would deserve to be worshiped. I don't like the idea of worshiping a deity at all, and I don't think a god who demands to be worshiped is one who deserves to be worshiped anyway.
