| WalkingLobsters 09/06/17 12:02:22 AM #5 | i went to uc berkeley horrible school - average class size is 400 people big - intro CS classes are 1k people big - impossible to speak with professors - discussions are led by undergrads - everyone is always studying and doesn't want to do anything fun - majority of student body are fobby asians (felt like i was going to school in china) - disgusting piece of shit city with homeless everywhere - didn't even feel like a real college - tons of stuck up arrogant pricks who lie about their grades, and lie about barely studying to get an A even tho they locked themselves up in the library for a week - everyone self segregates by race. Walk through sproul plaza and all you see are asian student union, black student union, muslim student union, indian student union, etc. Hell there's even a mixed student union. - housing is archaic and decrepit and costs a shit ton - restaurant prices average ~$10/meal I can go on and on. horrible school. Wish I never went. Place was legit cancer and fucked up my brain. Degree from there doesn't mean shit. As a software engineer, most software engineers don't even come from top schools like this. No one wants to work with the arrogant douchebags that schools like these produce. --- |

I was pretty good at it and could hold a conversation with Spanish speakers, but I was very slow. It's been about 9 years since I took that AP Spanish class and I don't remember much, but I can somewhat understand the Spanish while watching Narcos. Apparently during squats the back of my shoe just dig deep into my back of my ankles sliced it real deep. 10 minutes after as I was approaching home I felt a sharp stinging pain. I thought a bee or a hornet got stuck in there and was just going to town. I looked down and I saw thick piece of skin just dangling from the back of my ankle. Quickly hobbled my way back home to cast away these ill-fated socks that brought with them destruction and doom. Now show socks to the gym -- Never Again. --- |
