From my understanding, it's more of a limited* edition. When I watched GN's overview of them It's Valve testing different supply chains and the water for a market of different color options in the future (which Steve rightfully pointed out this thing was going to sell out immediately.)

So they might do a rerun of this eventually or do different color options like a translucent Valve Orange color.

Nice, don't know if I'll do a steam deck OLED, as cool as the limited edition is I'd rather buy a new GPU and wait for the steam deck 2 that they're apparently going to make in maybe 2025-2026.

You do not make a billion dollars in profit when you sell a billion dollars in video games. Steam alone will take 30%, your cost to make said game was lord knows how much not including publishing and you still have to pay the taxman.

T2's CEO is basically saying games need to factor in if they'll have an estimated 200 hours of playtime for the player. But he can't really do that because nobody will pay $200 for GTA6 at launch when games have been $60 since forever.

Wouldn't call that pricing power. That is an attempt to milk those who bought in to make up for those who did not as they felt entitled to a certain amount of revenue and didn't get it.

The more they do this, the less people who buy in causing the need to do this more and more and aggressively and eventually you go to far and lose even those who buy in.

I'm just saying they've avoided directly changing the prices through shifting that cost to DLC and online subscriptions. Because in the grand scheme of things, the price of games really hasn't gone up even cartridges were a thing. Which the prices were upwards to $60 in the 90's for N64 games from what I've found.

The industry has pricing power, they've just been shifting the cost elsewhere these days. You used to have a million different costumes that could just be unlocked through normal gameplay in games and now that's a separate purchase called DLC.

You want to play online? Only PC doesn't charge you an annual fee anymore.

Where are you getting meatballs on pizza that they aren't at least sliced? Everytime I've ordered meatballs on a pizza it's either a bunch of meat hemisphere, or they squashed them flat. Admittedly the squashed ones get a nicer texture when they cook the pizza.

They're way easier to eat than massive deli sized pepperonis some places serve since they break apart easy.

It's been a quiet night on the street this year.

So much candy not being handed out.

Been like that for a long time in my local area, got a bit better recently but I've noticed the kids these days have no ground game when it comes to trick or treating. They skip houses that have their porch-lights on and don't have the capacity to carry 30lbs of candy.

FLCL Grunge airs tonight on toonami. Not feeling the art style, but I doubt anything could be worse than FLCL Progressive.

I was just thinking about how I never watched those, because I thought they would be an affront to god. Then I just simply forgot they existed and nobody ever said a damn word about them ever again.
Just like Grunge, this is the first I've heard of it in my life and I'll probably never hear of it again unless they jump the shark with frickin laser beams attached to their heads.

Dmitri technically has skills that are designed to literally make armor useless to his attacks.... so there is that.

I mean the Berserk armor isn't about protection, it literally just keeps the wearer going until they run out of blood. Even then, it's assumed that you just become a living skeleton.

Zegler's is just mad that the real reason people have a problem with her casting is that the plot of the original film is that Gal Gadot's character is supposed to be jealous of Snow White's beauty... Which makes no sense since Gal Gadot is one of the most beautiful women on earth and Zegler really.

Also Peter Dinklage deserves more crap than people let him get away with, part of the reason he's the only dwarf actor in the film is because he got up in arms about it. So now 12 other actors and stunt doubles with dwarfism don't get to have good paying acting gigs.

Manga like Rent a Girlfriend is why Japan has such a low birth rate. It's literally almost 300 chapters now of the protagonist simping for a glorified escort that he isn't even allowed to kiss.
Hell, the second he fell on top of her, he almost had a heart attack and passed out.

It would be a great bundle.... if they didn't already have basically the same exact bundle just without Village a literal year ago.

This show is so slowly paced. It runs a chapter per episode.
Also they censored what the possessed guy did since he's a gang rapist in the manga.

Also they had contacts after the preview for next week. I've never actually seen that directed at a single episode of a show before.

Odd coincidence here, I have also been playing Second Light recently between Thyza 3. The grind for the crafting system just kills me though, it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get sand without sending other material into the blender.
