Yes, one of my headlights went out because I hit a bump in the road while in the bad part of town, they probably thought I was a drug dealer or something. Got let off with a warning, but the one cop was trying to act like I was suspicious because it was 30-40f outside and I wasn't wearing a jacket... which didn't really make a whole hell of a lot of sense for someone they believed was a drug dealer.

I'm sure this actually happened and isn't just some story made up for Reddit to farm up votes.

That's how a most games increase difficulty, with some exceptions being:
Dark Souls because the Gravelord Covenant actually does something in NG+ for the infected.
Dark Souls II also adds more enemies iirc.
Goldeneye and Perfect Dark iirc, in addition to more objectives and higher damage output (and more enemies) they also increased enemy accuracy.
Metal Gear Solid game, specifically with European Extreme mode since It changes the game to pure stealth.
God Hand because the enemies gain new moves to slip you up.

God Hand should be a gold standard for difficulty spikes honestly, it's brilliant. Especially since Normal mode is actually the hardest mode since it can slip you up if you don't grovel on the floor and beg before it hits level DIE.

Theres a lot of misinformation around, and you may have heard that its okay to take large doses of ivermectin. It is not okay.
Even the levels of ivermectin for approved human uses can interact with other medications, like blood-thinners. You can also overdose on ivermectin, which can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, hypotension (low blood pressure), allergic reactions (itching and hives), dizziness, ataxia (problems with balance), seizures, coma and even death.

It's just ridiculous since you could just as easily say that about every medication, or even flip the coin and talk shit about the blood thinners. Frankly, if your doctor is having you take those at the same time or telling you to take lethal doses, that should be malpractice.

It's literally only in the US can you find people putting their heads in sand and acting like a doctor of however many years is a quack because they decided to attempt and treat something, instead of attempting to prevent something after it already happened, and thus can't by definition be prevented.

Stop spreading medical misinformation, the first search on google says even more than double the upper safe limit have not been shown to cause toxicity. You would have to deliberately be taking vitamin d in dangerous doses, which a pill that contains maybe the recommended daily dose isn't going to do.
