I guess some packs didn't meet their guarantee, and he owned up to it. Honestly not even a controversy, just bad QA on a pretty small scale, since a large majority of the packs did what they advertised. He lives a pretty humble life, though I dunno what happened to his big office where he used to do goofy things. I think hes under appreciated and needs more recognition. My point though was that when I think of a YouTuber putting on a personality, my go to example is Jim/James Stephanie Sterling. Their character is arrogant and outspoken - thank God for me! But watch their livestreams and theyre actually perfectly humble and quite self-conscious. I just cant envision that stark a contrast with Johnny since he doesnt put on an air of arrogance or quirkiness in his reviews in the first place.
