I've seen friends who half assed their "keto" diet and end up gaining more weight than losing it. The real hard truth about losing weight is that the main reason you gain weight from the start is because of something in your lifestyle that is causing it, whether it is living a sedentary lifestyle, over eating, refusal to do any form of physical activity, etc. Losing weight, optimally, requires change which is something very hard to do since we're all creatures of habits. --- DI MOLTO! |

This, I sorta changed my way of thinking back in highschool and started questioning religion and the more and more I did it the more it started to fall apart like a house of cards. Things started to make less sense and started contradicting a lot of its own dogma. I realized that the religion couldn't possibly be made from God and instead being human engineered to control the masses by giving arbitrary answers to the unknown. --- DI MOLTO! |
