Inherently it's "This won't happen to me so it's not my problem" and thanks to the class divide that's probably correct in a lot of circumstances. But this time it's different. COVID doesn't care if you're rich or poor. Vaccination is a tool that should be used to defend yourself from getting sick from this but people like this don't like being told what to do.
