What season 2?
They have made 6 web episodes, one unaired pilot and 6 episodes for TV.

I thought the TV show version was referred as season 2. But it looks like its own thing. Luckily it looks like I can watch it on YouTube since someone else re-uploaded in there. Gonna give it a watch tonight.

Very similar to Quibi as well. Couldn't capitalize on a great opportunity and blamed said opportunity as the main reason their streaming service couldn't take off.

Unlike many others, I've actually tried the service and it works amazingly well. The issue, and the ultimate reason for its downfall, is the model. When people think of streaming, they think of Netflix. Stadia should've been the netflix for streaming games, but instead decided to go more the PS+ route where you claim few games every month and keep them as long as you pay the subscription fee. You can also buy them, but you're basically paying full price for the game.

Oh yeah and the latency is noticeable as well. I think that's the biggest reason streaming on games just won't work because no matter what you do there will always be some latency issues regarding it. It's a nice feature to have on an existing service, but it should never be the main selling point of it.

In my opinion, it's down to intent. I just asked my coworker, who watched Dahmer, and from the sound of it it's done right because it no way sympathises or romanticise Dahmer himself and it actually shows the damages he's done to his victims and their families/loved ones. I doubt I'll watch it myself, but as long as the true crime genre shows some level of respect to the victims and doesn't do anything to glorify the Criminal I'm all for it.

Maybe 'glorifying' isn't the proper term, but we have to be honest about what is actually happening. People are watching this because they want to see the spectacle of this serial killer and the families of the victims do not want to be apart of that spectacle.

This. Minus the weirdo's that have the hots for the serial killers, I get the fascination behind serial killers and the true crime genre in general, but I also hate how this type of shit also feels a bit exploitative as well. Not to mention that a lot of these serial killers do this shit to be remembered as well, not Dahmer specifically, but this genre does kind of reinforce that they will be remembered. I have mix feelings regarding this tbh.

For most people in that position, like me, we had a head start. I got into a high paying job straight out of graduating college in the financial industry and learned about passive income, hence why I have plenty in my savings account just for emergency but for many they're not that lucky. I had a friend who saved up way more money than me, then he got a heart attack and had to go to ER that basically ate up all of his savings.

I'm just saying, asking why people aren't as lucky as you when it comes to financial situation is doing yourself less favors.

You know I'm not against having people give "self improvement" advices, but almost every single fucking time it's always followed by some misogynistic/alt right bullshit attached to it. It starts to reinforce what they believe and soon it festers into an infection. I do the same, except on a different message board where it's considered normal behaviour to do so. When I do complain here it's usually for some major BS like when a police officer gave me a traffic ticket for honking at a guy not going a protected left turn when it turned green. His reasoning was because I was "disturbing the peace" and didn't do a damn thing about the guy who only went after I honked for the third time.

They literally did, it was called Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank and it was fucking awful. I saw it in theaters with my niece and nephews and it's literally a kid friendly version of Blazing Saddles except with animals and setting is in Japan with Samurai's. Of course no one would be able to know because the marketing never mentions it.

I for one am proud of the people in Texas booing this awful man. Hopefully more texans see the light, especially on gun issues like this.

Also wanted to point out that Soul Calibur 2 wasn't the only game that did well on the Gamecube, but the next sequel appeared on the PS2. Tales of Symphonia was their best selling Tales game, at the time, and Tales of Legendia only got released on the PS2 still.

As someone who is heavily kept up with SC, because it's one of my favorite fighting game series ever, SC6 was suppose to have a Season 3 of DLC's with Aeon (lizardman) datamined to be the next DLC character with an un-announced guest character and a bunch of cosmetics. Unfortunately, Covid happened right in the middle of the project and comparing sales numbers to the playerbase that was left (it wasn't much because SC6 netcode was ass), it would've been too expensive and not feasible hence why it only got 2 seasons of DLC.

That is because for some reason, at the time, they were primarily only looking at the Japanese market which they found more Japanese bought the game on the PS2 (more of them owned PS2's, as well as the majority of the FGC) as oppose to the western market where the majority of them bought it on the GC (because of Link). SC3 wanted to do something different, hence the character creation that would end up using most of their budget, which meant they couldn't port it to 3 other systems like they did in SC2. As you can see, it bit them in the ass because it didn't sell nearly as well as SC2 did.

Yep, Bandai Namco is keeping to a cycle for both series. The only difference is Tekken will always receive a bigger budget while Soul Calibur gets the paltry in comparison.

They could even decide to leave.
However firing either of them without cause would be a shitheel thing to do, and potentially wrongful termination.

Yep, having the person "step down" is probably the only real legal way to handle this situation. It would be illegal to get fired for over something like cheating on their spouse, I know because that's exactly what happened to our CFO at our company.

Yes very much so. Men just aren't cared for at all the way women are. I'm from a family of 5 with one sister and she always, always got preferential treatment. No manual labor, got her own room while me and my bro had to share a (smaller) one, got a car, etc etc. Women are just valued more.

Same thing happened to our CFO, it's merely rumors as our company was very quiet about it but our CFO (fat balding old fart 55 year old) had constant "meetings" with the secretary (who was hot) and constantly went out together during lunch breaks. One of my coworkers learned (she's good friends with the CFO's wife) that he got divorced and days later the CFO "stepped down" and the secretary quit. Like I said, it was rumors but the signs and evidence were all there.

No, Toriyama wasn't racist but you can bet he was definitely influenced by those old cartoons that had black face caricatures. He probably thought that was how to draw them as in Dragon Ball had a lot of different ethnicities in its world.

TC living up to his gimmick in giving some of the worst takes.

Expect a lot of shock value, but otherwise a very well written show with great characters and the actors/actresses doing a hell of a job with their depictions. It's one of the few shows that triumphs in almost everything its source material failed to do.

I don't like studio's trigger art style for some reason, which is a shame because I know they animate stuff really well. Maybe when I get through all my backlog.

Now you know the main reason why these true crime shows/movies/podcasts are so popular among women. A lot of them give a bunch of excuses, but we all know the real reason why.

This, cooking and cleaning isn't hard to do (I basically switch off with my wife to do it 3-4 days a week). A women who doesn't work is deadweight imo.
