He was hardly in the marketing for the movie and it would add a bit of a shock factor to kill off someone from the previous movie. Hell, I was halfway expecting them to kill off ~~Harley~~ too, but while I was actually watching the movie, I figured they didn't have the balls to actually go through with that one. Would have been dope though. Not that I dislike ~~Harley~~ or anything.
