I mean I have no reason to speak about Maroon 5s shitty performance because this topic is about Rihanna. It's possible that Rihanna would've given a bad show while not pregnant, but being pregnant makes a lackluster show more likely due to the factors involved. I'm confident that production would've upped it a lot for a high caliber star like Rihanna if they had no limitations, but they did and so did Rihanna herself, so it gives a more concrete reason of why it's lackluster, aside from just assuming Rihanna isn't a good performer

I think her performance was kinda boring and lackluster, probably because of the pregnancy. No cool wardrobe changes, set piece changes, awesome dance moves, etc. It was very lazy looking and sounding, which it has to be to keep the baby safe, but I wanted a more entertaining performance, which she probably would've given with no pregnancy

That has happened multiple times and the worst they do is ask him to leave the parking lot. Since he's not doing anything illegal they just have a chat and he goes away.

That's fine, I'm not looking to get him arrested or detained for something not deserving of arresting or detainment. In the off chance that him running out of magnets would cause him to escalate to that level, it's all the more reason to have enforcement around.

Yeah, your hero would meet a villain he cannot beat. I could even put the cart away too and simply tear down his hero role without actually being the villain. You would be in shambles and I would love that. If he escalates, I could even call the police and report that I am being recorded and harassed and have the cops come to settle this. I think he and you would not know what to do against someone like me, and seeing a bunch of losers online cry because of me would be pretty entertaining to read through.

Examples are pretty, hot, beautiful, cute, gorgeous, etc. You can use all these, more, or less.

I think like, hot is someone who's conventionally attractive and has nice features and flaunts them by stylizing or makeup or clothes, cute is someone who has unique features and flaunts it just barely or completely not at all, pretty is someone who is just easy on the eyes in all situations and can jump around in different categories, gorgeous is someone who literally makes you feel awe when you look at them

I use a custom new tab extension in Chrome. I wonder if there's stuff like that for Edge.

Probably, Edge uses Chrome or something as a core so every extension that works on Chrome also works on Edge

I do feel a little bad for her. Sure it's all on camera and stuff and clout etc, but she wanted to make someone happy and show her good intentions by being vulnerable, and it was met with weirdness and rejection. It's always a shitty feeling when someone makes you feel wrong for trying to do right. Hopefully she gets that it's not a reflection on her, but that takes time to understand sometimes.

Another win for Firefox. The articles they show aren't anywhere near that bad, lol.

Upon further inspection, it turns out I can customize the content, or make it so I don't see it.

When you open a new tab, which I do quite often, it lists your commonly visited sites, but underneath, has a bunch of msn.com articles. There are individual articles arranged in varias size squares but also a slider which shows a bunch of articles. And 90% of the articles are just entirely fucked up. Killings, revenges, weird situations, etc. Some of them are just clickbaity shit, but a lot of it is real fucked up.

Like just opening a tab now, one of the articles is "MI6 Sent Brit Spy To Taliban Camp Which Was So Brutal He Came Home And Killed His Own Child", or "Therapeutic boarding school in Utah told vomiting teen to suck it up before treatable infection led to deadly sepsis: Lawsuit"

It's so fucked up and idk how I feel being exposed to it.

I think it's so cool. I love ChatGPT, it legit helps me in life with random emotional dilemmas and stuff that I have. I think AI art is awesome and one day, could create whole landscapes and worlds based on exactly what you want. I think eventually, it will let people who want to be creative express themselves with assistance, and for those that actually create, could assist and refine and inspire artists too. AlphaZero basically solving Chess and Go with plays that are brilliant and unheard of in terms of meta and gameplay.

I see AI as just a tool like Google. You can Google some horrible stuff, but that's not Google's fault necessarily, it's just a tool for you to use. The danger I see with AI is when people want to do awful things, it'll help them. I think the concept of AI 'revolting' and turning against humans is really dumb. It's like being afraid that your steer assist is gonna "revolt" and destroy you. Preservation, greed, power, ego, etc, these are all animalistic things that AI doesn't operate from. It operates from information, not emotions. If you want to even look at it in a fantastical sense, if there were AI sentient beings, they would do away with these emotions because they're dumb lizard-brain things that get in the way of cooperation and it's not worth the inherent risk involved.

At the end of the day, AI is ultimately a celebration of human intelligence anyway. We're smart enough to make something that perfects the concept of getting smarter. It's really an exciting time and I can't wait to see what new developments arise.

I don't think this is a good thing. Either we're going to eventually see him in his Final Form, or somebody crazier is going to replace him.

He's a free agent now with a lot of influence of the most loyal base, he's going to attract god knows who to give him more fuel.

He's thinking a bit bigger than that. Fewer people being born is a problem for capitalism as it always needs more meat for the grinder. It's that simple. They need more people to exploit to support the model of endless growth.

But isn't the US' birthrate already positive, and isn't our population already large enough? He's also might not be around long enough to see a baby born now contribute their tax money in 30 years.

He's slowly infiltrating the conservative base. "We need more people" is tied into "abortions shouldn't be allowed". It's the only thing that makes sense to me. He got Twitter to start dismantling it and start appealing to "free speech" enthusiasts and to resurrect Trump('s account).

Isn't he the same guy that wants to populate Mars because there won't be enough resources on Earth or something?

I don't really know much about what's been going on with him, all I know is that he's spiraled ever since his friend died. I feel kinda bad for him.

I'm not simping for Elon, people do this with celebrities in general. When Michael Jordan made the largest donation ever to Make-A-Wish people still complained about it with the same talking point of "Well that's like me donating $100!"

But then those people don't donate $100, or even $1. But want to make themselves feel better by tearing down what others are doing. It's easy for people to sit here and say it's easy for MJ to part with $10 million dollars while they do nothing.

When I think "exploration", I think "being rewarded for going off the beaten path". In platformers you're usually rewarded with shortcuts or alternate routes. In RPGs it can be optional dungeons or fun sidequests.

Adventure games like Zelda and Metroid, I think exploration is more "how many variances can you make on your route". Like in OoT you can technically do the Fire Temple before Forest, and Water before Fire, and Gerudo's Fortress anywhere inbetween. Compared to later games where you're largely stuck in one linear story route.

But when you're directly rewarded for directly going on the 2nd path out of 2 paths, it doesn't feel like exploration moreso than extra content or skill tests. Which isn't a bad thing inherently, just sometimes it doesn't seem like it's "exploration" per se.

In OoT or other games, even if you can technically diverge from other paths, it's not like the game is saying you can, it's more like meta within knowing the game that you can do that.

Generally people mean a big field of absolutely nothing, no fast way to get anywhere, and a collectible every now and then.

Is it even "exploring" if I'm required to by the game as well? Exploring seems like it should be moreso a voluntary thing than something I'm required to do.

Is it exploring if the space I have to move around is very obviously finite? Like where you can literally see the edge, floor, and ceiling within two screens of each other. Even Super Mario Bros on NES has "exploration" in the literal sense that you are discovering new areas.

The times describing "exploration" has been the most offensive is when people talk about Zelda or Metroid.

I liked the streamlined item selection and the dungeons were actually kinda cool. There was just a lot of padding and they didn't really do anything super cool with the Twilight Realm other than fighting those Heartless guys over and over.

It surprises me that people this dumb are still savvy enough to find it
