Bigger maps would be more interesting though. Just so long as it doesn't take up a stupid amount of resources.

I don't think there's any good way to really implement it without changing the whole game. Though the IV thing can be fixed by just removing IVs completely.

Yeah, and the enemies have a chance of dodging too. In general I think that having one enemy dodge something you do would actually be more devastating than the opposite. The initial bait-in is not as big of a deal as being able to consistently to clean up everyone afterwards.

Stacking BS on top of BS does not make things better.

Enemies having a chance of dodging is a good thing. Can you imagine how much less broken characters like Reinhardt would be if they could miss? You shouldn't be able to "consistently clean up everyone" on turn 2-3 which is what 99% of battles in this game come down to.

There's already stupid stuff in the game that just wastes your time, like the insane stats of enemy units on the highest difficulty, survivors: 4 maps that don't let you use the item specifically for reviving people, and cramped maps where the only challenge is surviving the first turn in order to "activate" the enemy army and force them to start moving. I'd much, much rather have attacks potentially miss, which can be mitigated with good play, than this stuff, which makes me go "well it's dumb bullshit so I'll counter it with my own dumb bullshit (Reinhardt)".

Also I had zero trouble with Xander using horses, Titania sneaks in and ORKOs the lancer to start the fight and aggro everyone else; mine even has Distant Counter so the cleric dies too. I feel like other axe cavalry should work similarly? Other movement types don't have such an easy in for that square.

Horse Emblem doesn't run axe units so no one has those leveled.

(I'm joking but it's 100% true for me at least.)

I think it's a fair thing to say. By all means, if you're being compliant and the police still do something wrong, then they should by all means be held 100% accountable, and the system needs to change so that that actually happens

But if you purposely resist, then you're basically inviting for them to react in whatever way they're going to react

So, really, if you hate/distrust the police, then I'd be placing my bets on being compliant being less of a risk than flat out basically giving them the freedom to do what they want by resisting.

The system needs to change so that police are held accountable if they do something wrong even if you do something wrong first. Compliance and passivity should not be prerequisites to avoiding execution without trial.

Now if what you're actually trying to say is that during an individual's meeting with a police officer, they should be compliant and passive for their own safety, then yes, of course.
