Nintendo. Even though the Switch is nothing more than a port machine that I have little interest in, it has to be the most hyped console since the Wii. I mean the thing is so prevalent in our society that I even have stogy middle aged coworkers talking about thier Animal Crossing islands & how to most efficiently acquire bells and the thing is pretty much crack cocaine to kiddies. And because of this most of the Youtubers have made the switch to ,erm, the Switch, so they can spam content for it. Switch, Switch, Switch. I find Switch mania to be obnoxious, but what can you do.

A gun fired with a silencer is quite audible most of the time, especially a shotgun or hunting rifle. It is only something like a .22 pistol that is truly silent with a silencer. Given that the impeachment trial over it largely amounted to everyone agreeing it was an impeachable offense, everyone agreeing that he was guilty, and then (almost) all of the republicans deciding to ignore that and vote along party lines for the sake of voting along party lines, I'd say it held up well enough in the relevant court. Said court is just innately so corrupt that it can't get a conviction because everyone votes based on their party instead of the defendant's guilt.
There is no way actual courts would've found him guilty of anything in regards to 1/6. The first amendment is pretty strong, so unless Trump was explicitly telling his followers to enter the capital building & capture senators or something, it won't stick. Also if you listen to the speech, he explicitly told his followers to peacefully protest and said nothing about entering the capital building (he said go to the capital building, but did not say enter).

Of course, while you couldn't legally find him guilty for anything as of 1/6, morally you could. I mean gaslighting your followers for several months that the election is a fraud could conceivably lead to a situation like 1/6 or even worse if they really believed it, but ultimately even gaslighting is protected under the first amendment, so once again legally, no issue.

But burgers can seldom stand on thier own. I can eat a hot dog plain and enjoy it, but a burger always needs condiments of some sort. Heck half the time the burger is nothing, but a condiment delivery vehicle, whether it be blue cheese, mushroom & swiss, jalapeno, barbeque, etc., the burger is always playing a supporting role and many time completely overwhelmed by its toppings. The hot dog on the other hand is the star of the show, the thing that all condiments seek to support. It is why the burger will always been inferior.

Hardly the case. He had to get approval by the New Jersey Cemetery Board for the plot of land he wanted to use as a cemetery before he could bury anyone there, which he got & he is only exempt for taxes on that plot of land, which is around 2,500 square feet, not the whole golf course. I don't see how he is monetizing his wife's death. The whole thing is nothing but a cost sink, a small one for him, but he is not making money on this endeavor. He just wants to bury himself and his family at a place of his choosing.

The plot is around 100 meters from the golf area and separated by a few roads and a couple walls of trees. It would be a bad look for golfers if you had to look at the Trump family cemetery every time you had to tee off. Although, you probably can see it driving in.

To be fair, it is more being buried to the side of the golf course not on it. It is not like golfers are teeing over her grave or anything. The thing that is weird though is how basic it is, just a plaque and barely maintained wilderness (I would at least add some decorative metal fencing or something). I know his first idea was to construct a gigantic twenty foot obelisk, which got shot down, but it is weird how you go from twenty foot obelisk to this basic display. You would at least to expect a gigantic golden bust or marble relief or something, not this puny display.

Mussolini adopted this symbol to show he had supreme authority over those he governed. Strangely enough, you see this symbol all over the place in the US, most prominent in the house chamber. It still does not give the company the right to lie about key aspects of the company. I mean, if they said nothing about it would be one thing, but if they are asserting 5% of thier users are bots, then it must reasonably be around that range. Of course, proving Twitter is incorrect on this is another matter because there are a ton of different ways of calculating this figure, so unless it is completely ridiculous and just pulled out of thier arse, then I doubt the judge will say it is incorrect.

That is actually incorrect. He never waived his rights to review the information. It was a public rumor, but never written in the actual contract. Elon's lawyers are stating that Twitter is in breach of the contract because Twitter misrepresented the user data, namely the bot figures & did not give Elon the proper access to thier systems to verify it himself (they gave him less access than most high end customers) & because of this misrepresentation the valuation of the company was overvalued. To me it does seem to be a bit of weaseling himself out of the contract, but it is pretty bad that Twitter was not giving him the proper tools to evaluate the company even after requested for nearly two months. I mean the dude is paying 44 billion dollars for your company why aren't you giving him the highest access, unless you have something to hide.

Eh, it is worth a shot to step away from the deal with Twitter & try to renegotiate if you are Elon. $44 billion is a absurd amount of money for a company as grossly unprofitable as Twitter, so you may as well try to assert that Twitter misrepresented thier position when making the deal to try to get some of the price taken off in court or out. Who knows how good of a chance you have of accomplishing this, but there is limited downside and a large amount of upside.
