Well, Snapchat has been known as a platform for the transmission of lewd and pornographic seemingly "private" images of minors. Maybe they put ole Jamesy in a position as a secret liaison to the government as a information relay and intercept. Afterall, you never really leave the public sector once you've been balls deep. You're always an asset. Maybe the Ghislane list showed them an opportunity and weakness and they're putting a man at a post for national security. It's been known since the 80s that they blackmail members of congress with hotel-based interactions with minors to get them by the balls. A few years ago lots of them and their affiliates were disposed of legally if you remember hearing about it. Then again, maybe that's all bullshit and he's a Snapchat enthusiast.
