You are cutting off a piece of a child's penis. One of the most sensitive parts. This goes on to have loss of pleasure. The cut part has nerve endings that feel good. You also don't need lube to masturbate when the skin is intact.

Also, we are so against female circumcision. And we should be. But people who are against that are for male mutilation? I don't get it. And don't tell me it isn't the same. Females can have their clitoral hood removes (not the whole citloris) which is a similar practise.

Yeah that's Revatio (generic). Viagra is 50mg or more and that's the strength indicated for ED. The drug you have shown is indicated for pulmonary hypertension (not saying doctors don't prescribe Revatio for ED)
