It's actually pretty good. I don't eat ruffles too often, but my favorite is flaming hot l, and I finish that within 2-3 days. Whatever spices they put in there, + Spicy, + citrus, and salty was the winning combo.

Women led superhero movies can be good. I haven't seen a lot of them that are great, but most are decent.
My favorite is Black Widow by far.. Wonder Woman 1 is #2 for me. Both Captain Marvel Movies are alright (first one much better, latter pretty cheesy).

Most of the actresses are fine in acting ability. I think it's the direction.

I don't mind the girl power stuff, and think it's cool if anything. The most recent ones I wish they made it more subtle (Captain Marvel 2).

yes and no.
with older games, the graphics weren't as good so a lot was left to imagination.

with newer games, the graphics are much higher fidelity, and not much is left to the imagination anymore. And even though characters, their facial expressions, animations, etc. look a lot more realistic, they're still in borderline uncanny valley territory so even an attractive character might look unappealing to a lot of people.

Here's the thing though. You gain a lot of valuable experience, and you know what you want the earlier you get into a relationship. IMO there's at least equal amounts of internalized trauma from being an old virgin with no dating experience or late in the game, and from being broken up from relationships, but it's better to have loved and lost than never been loved at all IMO.

This comes from a dude in his late 30s who just stated having relationships late last year. Obviously getting the right person is important, but you won't know unless you try, and the chances of you finding Mr or Ms. right the first time around from your first date is low.

I'm not. I felt like that for most of my adult life. If you work on yourself, go out and be social and actually try to date, you will find someone and you will find a partner. Shit like they felt like a dream for me.

It might not happen on the first date or even 10th first date, but as long as you try and learn from your mistakes, you will find someone.

I've never been in a serious relationship for longer than a few months. But I'm not giving up. It's one of those things you can't. What's more painful? Accepting rejection after rejection or not trying at all and just being sad about what could have been if you did? If you never try, it will never happen.

Sorry if my last post sounded insensitive. I don't know the guy, but RIP.

I went for the first time in 20 years recently. I'm apparently in excellent condition. So, I pretty much just wasted my time. I'm assuming my 60 year checkup will be similar.

That's not a waste of time. Do you have good genetics, do you eat and sleep healthy? That's good for you. But they doesn't mean you shouldn't stop going. Cause anything can turn up at any time. If you don't know what to look for, doctors can't help you with that. Especially things you don't report.

The worst thing you can do is never go to the doctors again just because you are in excellent health now, or perceive yourself to be. Shit changes all the time. Our bodies won't be nearly as efficient as they were decades before. So you can't expect you can do the same things and get away with eating the same for years. Especially if you don't work out.

But trust me, you will be glad that you did. if they find something, it's better that you get addressed and treat it before it really impacts your quality of life. High blood sugar, high cholesterol,.high blood pressure, something precancerous even. Do your physical and do this blood tests. If anything is bothering you, tell them. It's a great wake up call to take your health seriously

Younger people are dying more than before from heart disease, stroke, and certain cancers. Why? Could be from unhealthy diets and lack of exercise and pollution and plastic and shit. Also, A lot of them because they aren't going to the doctors enough, especially if they have a family history of diseases. Especially men.

I was pretty good in my teens to twenties. Despite being active I started getting some health issues in my mid to late 20s because I was eating more and not getting enough sleep, and family genetics were catching up to me.So now despite being very active with walking 4 miles a day and lifting 3 days a week, I have to work twice as hard then someone who doesn't have these issues. I can't "bulk up" and continue to eat 3000 calories a day, because that will take me to an early grave.

Yeah, creatine is pretty safe and it really does help out bust more reps. You just have to take it consistently everyday. I think the pill form of creatine monohydrate. Make sure you drink quite a bit of water with it.

Anyhow, as long as you are making gains in the reps and/or pushing up weight, you're getting there already. Like you said, you do have to eat more than you burn to optimally build muscle.
