I now support as a last resort, people that are mentally unwell that want to end their lives through doctors in the states. If this reduces the amount of mass shootings, murder (especially murder suicides), then it's for the better.

Square pulled off amazing turn based combat twice. Once with FFX, and then again with FFX-2... the latter of which is basically Grandia's battle system but with class changing.

I'm not digging FFX-2's turn based combat. Enemy auto attacking you every few seconds, and you are forced to attack within a certain time to match up, or you do nothing and they keep chipping damage. It's weird.

it definitely needs a revamp At the very least, give it the Metroid Prime Remastered (on switch) or Xenoblade Definitive Edition treatment.

The game models haven't aged that great and needs a revamp, as well as the environmental texturesn and water. Make it look like the CGI models.

I want the original cast and dialogue. t's not too jarring, but the current HD remasters have issues with the lip synching and are not that factually expressive. Yuna's model especially is a downgrade.

QoL features would be great too. Sphere grid needs to stay. They can do something about enemy encounters. Also speeding up combat would be great.

I thought it also depends on how fast you lose weight as well. The faster, the more excess skin stays on. But I could be wrong.

Besides FFX-2, they need to do a prequel 10 years prior to the main storyline with Braska, Jecht, and Auron. Make it a 20-hour paid DLC. I don't care. I've been itching for it. Even though we already know what's gonna happen, it will feel good to be there. Hopefully the same voice actors can do it.

This is kinda skewed. Mobile is the biggest market, so of course it's 100% digital. PS5, Xbox Series are market digital, and PC is 100% digital. Switch is at least 50% physical.

I get a terminal disease, but this doesn't feel right. At all. Like there has to be something. I hope she finds happiness and changes at the last minute. I feel bad for her and her bf. But again, I don't know how bad she has it. Something is missing. And the Dutch healthcare systems sounds super unsupportive for mental health

My last job was a bagger and cashier at a grocery store and I hated it. There is no way in hell I could do that now not only because I'd hate it but being around people is extremely problematic for me. Being around people makes my anxiety go through the roof. I get panic attacks. I haven't been around people in so long I just can't handle it.

I would try to get some kind of work from home job but I don't want to go through the process of being hired and I don't want a job where I have to talk on the phone with anyone. I hate talking on the phone.

Fair point to not want a job like a call center or customer service. But talking in meetings over zoom is just expected nowadays. And every job requires an interview process.

I'm 40 and live at home with my parents too. Rather extreme social anxiety and depression makes it difficult to function. I've never had a girlfriend or date or anything, and that tears me up, as my biggest goal in life was always to become a father and husband.

I do have some things going for me though. I do work part time at a hotel. I also had enough money saved to be able rent a place and start a small business. Though, that's not going great at the moment.

I really do feel like just a complete failure and loser.

So you're definitely not alone tc. There are lots of us here.

you're a really good person who's been through a lot and a really big help to your mom. The only thing holding you back is yourself. I would say that to most people here. Fear of change. But change leads to growth.

Do you have a decent job or striving to better yourself if you don't already? Do you help your parents out? That's not a loser in my eyes if you meet those two.

I live with a parent. if I get it a long term relationship, I'll move out. But I need to find someone to live with her, cause she has health stuff.

for parking spots, I'd after getting out look around and keep a mental image/more of where I parked. Can refer to some landmarks. Also, taking a pic can help.

Using your car key under your chin helps find it easier too

I remembered my dad having good memory for his age. Though the last 1.5-2 years before he was diagnosed, he was complaining about his memory and saying his memory wasn't like it used to be, and he would often repeat things back to me. Sometimes he would ask me if this was the street we would turn into driving back from a relative's place. It was subtle and not super obvious. I passed it off as '"old age." He got diagnosed with grade 3 brain cancer back in 2020, and then passed away 11 months later. This was after he started feeling nauseous and throwing up. The cancer he had supposedly could be with him for 1.5 years before diagnosis.

I would keep an eye on him. if he is known to have a good memory and its noticably gotten worse, then I would go to a doctor and get it diagnosed. You would have to ask for a cat scan (radiation) or MRI. It doesn't always affect the memory first either, if it's something like a tumor (depends on the location).Depending on what it is. Dementia, brain tumor, etc.

I always wished I could have found the tumor earlier before it turned into grade 2. Grade 3 wild types don't respond well to treatment.. How does anyone ever know? At least I can warn others about it. If something feels or looks off about your body, look into it. Don't ignore it. Nausea, vomiting, blood in stools, dark lines in nails, skin color turning yellow, having noticably less energy, etc.

I believe that's heir first round of big lay offs too.

Funny coincidence, I'm reading the book series. Annihilation is the first part of a trilogy book serie. On the last one. I decided to read It after I watched the movie. Taking me forever to finish last book. The movie imo is better than the Annihilation book imo. There's some changes to it.

So a week or so back, this girl from work owed me money for food and she was like "omg I still have to pay you back lol".

So she Zelles me later at like 12am, no message. So I just text her "about time " and that turns into a 2 hour text conversation from there.

We got food again at work and she owes me money again. I joked that I should just start a tab for her. She pays me back all the time so I know she's good for it.
