Disney has already confirmed that theyre making Deadpool 3, and starring (and I believe writing credits) Ryan Reynolds. Deadpool 3 implies the existence of Deadpool 1 and 2, meaning the Fox X-men movies will tied to the MCU by default. The Quicksilver return just adds to that.

Im not saying that they are definitely merging the two franchises in a 1:1 manner, but I wouldnt be surprised if Fassbender, McAvoy, Nicolas Hoult, Tye Sheriden, Kodi Smit-McFee, and Alexandra Shipp return as well. Maybe even Olivia Munn lol

I dont personally own guns (although my dad did) and while I dont have a particular issue with the fact that people can own an AR-15 (realistically these murders couldve happened with literally any type of gun) its people like this that literally ruin it for everybody and they never get to pay for their crimes. It makes me sick to my stomach that people seriously think this should be a right and not a privilege. There are millions of gun owners who would never do this, and yet you get sickos like these guys and school shooters who never shouldve had access to them get to commit atrocities and just shoot themselves to not deal with the consequences, while peaceful owners get shit on. It comes down to one thing and one thing only. Kathleen Kennedy is a hack. Kevin Feige understood how to let his directors do their thing while making sure the overall story made sense. You dont even need to be butthurt by Kathleens decision to focus of feminism or anything like that. Those themes are fine. The issue is how bullshit the writing was and the total lack of direction.

Its of my opinion that they need to fire Kathleen immediately and grant emergency powers to Dave Filoni.

Days of Future Past takes place in the 80s, where they should be in their 40s.

Apocalypse in the 80s, and Dark Phoenix in the 90s.

so we're looking at 60+ year old characters who look like they're still in their 30s.

and the first X-Men movie in the original timeline takes place in the early 2000s, iirc, so it's going to be a rough ten years, because they look super old in those.

Days of Future Past takes place in the early 70s. And the original movies dont say the exact year that they take place, only Sometime in the not too distant future which could mean anywhere from 2000 to 2010 for all we know.

Criticizing American Presidents for either veiled homophobia or outright lack of even acknowledging their existence is fair enough. I didnt bring up LGBT rights because America is some beacon of excellency when it comes to LGBT rights. However, despite the outright discrimination and ostracism faced by the LGBT community in the US during the 20th Century, I dont believe it ever reached the literal institutional degree in which their criminalization reached in Cuba.

Its grown on me a little bit but I still dont think it is a good movie. It has too little Iron Man and the shitty changing of I am Iron Man to I am Iron Man (meaning the way they changed the saying from meaning that Tony Stark is a superhero named Iron Man to Tony Stark is the Iron Man) isnt an excuse. People watch these movies to see RDJ quipping and then a big robot dude blowing stuff up, not to see RDJ pretend to be a superspy.

Besides that I felt like the movie just did things for the sake of doing things. Like they gave Pepper powers just to take them away. They made a point in turning Rhodey into the Iron Patriot, something that wasnt referenced again for 5 years and even then, it was just a paint job for that.

The worst of all of that was the random decision to just have him suddenly get the surgery to remove the shrapnel from his chest. Like... what? Wasnt the whole point that it wasnt that simple? Why did he live with it for 5 years if he couldve just had it removed at any point? And then on top of that it seems they regretted having him remove the arc reactor from his chest because they gave him a constant reason to have something on his chest anyway because fans liked it. it was just incredibly stupid that they even went with it considering they danced around it for so many years.

I dont mind the Mandarin thing anymore though since were getting the real thing in Shang Chi.

Okay well let's list the WMs in which the WHC title match main evented:

WM20
WM21
WM24

That's it.

And when the WHC did main event WM, it wasn't a black guy holding the championship. In a number of occasions, the WHC precedes the IC title match or even the Women's title match. So it's a weak point to make, especially when there were PPVs in which neither the WWE nor the WHC matches main evented. It was always considered secondary to the WWE title

The title was not always considered secondary. Eventually it was, but not in the mid 2000s, which is when King Booker was champion (which is before WM 24).

However the title was never, and will never, be regulated to secondary status on any official level, because that would take away from John Cenas world title record, and Triple H, Randy Orton, and Edge who are all near it as well. They arent going to dismiss these guys accomplishments and it doesnt matter if you think the title wasnt as important, to WWE its still a legit World Title.

So as long as they sit there saying John Cena is a 16x World Champ, they can say that people like The Rock, Booker T, and Mark Henry have been their top champs as well.

Thats just how they function. You may disagree with it but to them, the WWE title is always equal to whatever new one they create to match it.

The Nation of Domination was a black power group made to get Ahmed Johnson over. Shame Ahmed kept getting hurt and hurting others so much that top stars didn't want to work with him. I still remember the match Ron Simmons(Faarooq at the time) slammed Ahmed so hard his body was twitching all over the place. It was freaky. They were trying to get the Universal title over and increase the prestige of the belt this is nothing new in Pro Wrestling.

Simply put my friend, a title that was created less than 5 years ago is not going to have the prestige of a title that is over 50 years old. And very few people of color have had to chance to hold the belt that 50+ year old belt.

I understand why you think the WWE title is more prestigious, and factually it is, but WWE doesnt see it that way. Theyll shit out a new world title every 10 years and act like it matters, and for the most part, it does. Being the top champion of Friday Night Smackdown is more impressive than being the world champion of Ring of Honor, regardless if its the World Heavyweight Championship, or the Universal Championship.

But I digress, I still agree that the WHC eventually became a joke title that was very clearly treated as second rate by the end of its life. However it was certainly still treated as a serious championship back around the days of Triple H, Batista, Kurt Angle, which is when King Booker won it.

Also, Im not denying that few black people have held it. There have been plenty of people of color who have held it though, and have had meaningful reigns.

But even if you want to play that game, there were a few black WHCs in the mid 2000s. That title main evented over the WWE title many times, and WWE themselves will NEVER acknowledge that it is a tier below the WWE title, or else it would affect their golden boys John Cena, Triple H, Edge, and Randy Orton, all of which are either the record world title holder, or near it. So the WHC counts.
