Seems like 343 leaders sabotaged the game by...not paying MUCH attention to what was going on with the game? Also how does Microsoft does not keep stalker tabs on the flagship title of their console? Between this and Starfield, MS needs to create some quality assurance team, reporting back and forth and helping development run smoothly, cause those ARE your system sellers.

The comments were to assure people that they could buy it day 1 and not regret missing out on the complete game. Then instead of a day 1 patch it gets a month 10 patch. And they wonder why people stop buying their games on day 1.

Its just updates to maximize the experience. You know...same way Larian has been doing for the 9 months despite also delivering a complete game?

Along with the release there will also be a patch with a lot of fixes and updates which new cutscenes among a lot of stuff. Sounds good. Probably wouldve reviewed sliiightly better with these updates from the get go.

Dafuq? As an actor Im not required to have this expertise. Thats what the armorer is for. I think anybody thats not a gun enthusiast would feel the same way, cause I wouldnt event know what to do or look for.

Pretty much this. Adventure 2 was elevated by it's style and the chao raising on the GC version. Still bogged down by most levels not Sonic or Shadow centric.

Being on multiplatforms probably wouldn't help that much. This remake trilogy is going to end up like the Final Fantasy 13 trilogy where each game sells significantly worse than the last

Each title gave us diminishing returns from a base game that wasnt that great to begin with so after XIII-2 I checked out.

To be fair, most of the sales in a month come from the first week of release. Still, it seems to be indeed tracking lower than 16. More digital sales could also a possible significant factor.

I think the problem is that FF is not a game that gen z seems to care much for? Though exclusivity on a console going through its midlife definitely doesnt help.

This should be the norm when acting on an adaptation. Read the book, comic or play the game. Dont have to finish them, just try.

Then it jumps back to your Cloud and crew seeing Weapon? Not sure if that's supposed to be one of the Weapons from the original game or now with the new reality that exists it's an entirely new Weapon? I dunno man, but love them really going in different ways for Remake, Rebirth, and Reunion (that's what I'm assuming it will be called)

Nomura wanted to name the second part as Reunion, but it was taken by the Crisis Core remake. Not really a fan of the weapon designs so far, they look mini sins from FFX. I do think theyll give more distinctive looks to the OG weapons like Ultima, Diamond and the rest.

Rumor is that its sold around 2 million copies. Not exactly a flop, but not that great either considering 16 did 3 million first week and Rebirth also happens to be the best reviewed FF game in decades. It'll probably do fine in the long run, but I imagine SE will be more willing to bring these games into Xbox in the near future.

I don't trust the audience score of Rings of Power. We know that was massively review bombed. And I don't even think it was a good show.

I think the show was a 7. Beautiful to look at with some interesting storylines and some boring ones.

Sure, kids have it easier today with all the means to find music. Back then it was either the radio or MTV, so it was harder to listen to anything that wasnt popular.

They usually keep it to a small circle, but thats a way for them to blow some steam from everyday life.

I've been watching therapist react videos on YT trying to dissect songs from late 90's numetal bands like korn, slipknot...etc and it hit me that teens today don't have popular music that speaks to them about their day to day struggles. There's no popular band singing about being bullied, about your parents fighting and you feeling alone, how life sucks in general. Regardless of quality, that music served as a cathartic outlet. You put on your headphones and pressed play on that cd player and you where transported to a place where you felt understood and could relate with.

Now what do teens have today? I just checked the billboard top 100 and it's literally all urban music (with this I mean Ice Spice, Cardi B's, Bad Bunny) and pop songs from Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa, T.S...etc. Most of the songs being about sex and romantic relationships. Of course teens today have a lot of places they can escape to, but they're probably not getting any catharsis from listening to Bad Bunny say "yeah yeah yeah". This has led me to think if there could be any significant relation between this and depression/suicide rates. I'm aware there's a million other (more significant) factors behind this, I'm just wondering if there just could be a measurable contribution.

According to the National Institute of Mental Health, suicide rates went down during 1994 and hitting its lowest levels since 1970's during early 2000's. Then 2007 comes and its been going uphill since then. Im guessing with the rise of social media and cyber bulling things got worse fast. Still, data shows 1995-2006 to have the lowest levels of suicides between young people. Is slipknot to be in partly thanked for that?
