Both of those have been under assault were I live for the past 3 years by my Republican governor. Biden doesn't support expanding the court and hasn't created any serious federal commissions and inquiries to investigate and help people whose rights are being taken away. Many of the legislations passed in southern states you can make an argument for being unconstitutional - Biden hasn't shown any real support for these communities. He even said he'd veto medicare for all if it came to his desk. He hasn't shown me any reason to think that he'll fight for me through his domestic policy either.
