The Christmas I got these two games, and I think it was only these two games-- it was truly magical and will never be topped Ultimately I'm going to have to go with Final Fantasy VI Just gave me a bit more enjoyment over the years I think. These two are actually my top 2 SNES games This is legit OG stuff man. I regret not being into JRPGs and Metroidvanias when these 2 games first came out. I rented both at 9 years old but didn't know what tf I was doing. I eventually played both in my adult years thanks to Wii Virtual Console (Metroid) and FF6 getting a solid GBA port, and both are in my top 30 of all time (hell, FF6 might be at minimum top two).
