I can't say I was planning to stop posting at #200, but these results speak to how poetic it would be to conclude on a round number with Final ___ and then "The End."

The series certainly wouldn't be going out with a whimper. Every topic in the last week has had at least 70 reactions (except for one ignominious prompt we won't talk about,) peaking with Final's 88 responses. I still have a pretty healthy number of prompts and ideas, even if the most obvious choices are out of the way. And I chalk up the success to how low maintenance these topics are. See the thread, think of a word, come in and respond with it, done. Just a fun little diversion, even lower effort than wordle. I have confidence we can drag these out for quite a while yet, but I also have no idea how everyone feels, so we're going to take one day and gauge opinions...and if this does end up being the end, then it was a pleasure and thank you all for posting.
