Come on Konami T_T Funnily enough back in 2013, the card spiked in price because it was a decent tech against dragon rulers. They'd activate their draw 2, draw 3, or in super rejuvenations case: draw 6; and you'd chain it to get hella plusses. Not sure if there's anything worth using it on now though. The intended way is to swarm the field with Rokkets and made one of the Borrel link monster that has effects to target a monster. Then you use that effect to target a Rokket so you can proc its quick effect to disrupt your opponent depending on what Rokket it is. ...or you can just brute force with Borrelsword and Borreload and hope for the best. Then when I want to make a last ditch effort their sole set card was an Imperm. Heretic is unaffected by ALL cards if Necrovalley is on the field. Dude activates lightning storm to destroy my spells and traps, I counter with Starlight Road, he uses Impermanence on my Heretic and the Imperm is in the zone of my starlight road so he should be able to negate it, and allow his lightning storm to destroy my spells. Problem is the wording on impermanence. Its says negate the effects of one monster, THEN negate all other spells and traps in its column. Because Heretic is immune to other effects, that column effect of Imperm cannot go through. So I negated the lightning storm, kept all my cards, dude sat there for just 2 mins wondering what happened, and then scooped.
