I can barely complete my second one.

Trying to make a rose dragon deck atm.

Honestly, while I have grabbed the gem bundles a couple times (the sales, mind you), most of it has been a combination of playing relatively cheap decks (Yosenju, True Draco, Crusadia), having overlap between decks (Tri-Harpies and Tri-Zoo, plus DracoLich), and otherwise just trying to use my gems wisely (CyDra, Live * Evil Twins, IDS, Magistus, Melodious). I'd probably be doing even better if I hadn't sunk so many early gems in BEWD and REBD in the first month or so, only to have more fun with other decks (CyDras and Tri-Harpies, specifically), and then spending a month playing budget decks until I could recoup the dust losses.

I can make some variants of Red-Eyes deck by splashing whatever and that is just Red-Eyes.

Now I have a (sorta-pure) Gaia, (sorta-pure) Buster Blader, (sorta-pure) Dragonmaid, and 2 Red-Eyes (one brick heavy, fusion based, and one Dragon Link based).

I also have a Synchron deck.

Edit: I trashed my pure Rokket/Borrel deck back but I'm thinking of making it again alongside the Dragon Link variant.

And Brick Lackluster Soldier Deck.

I used royal tribute, he had to discard his Swordsouls, and I played Prohibition and blocked Mo Ye. Idk if he had a way to get Mo Ye or draw him but I know thats where the combo starts and I was not gonna allow it.

So how does that work do you have to type out the card name or does it give you a list of all the cards

You type in as much as you want and then it brings up a list of cards that match. I just typed in Swordsoul and it brought up every card. Then you just click the one you want.

Hitting Mo Ye kinda hurts but we can still combo off with Taia too. I feel like stopping the level 10 Synchros via Longyuan would hit harder. But you won so it doesnt really matter lol

He tossed a Longyuan and a Taia when I used Royal Tribute. No Mo Yes so I went with that lol.

Just looked a video of a pure Rokket player normal summons Rokket Tracer, activate Quick Launch and then chained Tracer effect to pop the spell.

So now they have 3 Rokkets in the field instead of two.

A lot of archetypes have a little trick or intricacy here or there that you miss at first and only learn later on. I had one of those moments with Sky Strikers, where I learned over a month after I started playing the deck about chaining Raye's swap-out effect to Area Zero targeting her so you get both the summon of an extra deck Sky Striker monster and the excavate 3 from Area Zero without Area Zero sending a card to the graveyard.

Yeah, and apparently Forbidden Droplet also works. You can activate the spells and then chain it with Droplet.

Why is this game so complicated.

Apparently it is also why RE Fusion hurts more if it gets Ashed because it negates the effect, not the activation.

i did something like that once I summoned cyber end dragon but tributing a cyber dragon then sacrifice it to summon another cyber dragon.

Used fusion tag to give it the name cyberdark dragon and used a cyber fusion card to fuse it with the End dragon in my grave to summon cyberdark end dragon

You practically need a law degree to fully understand all of the wordings and rulings in this "children's card game"

Went against Cyberdark with Harpies. Fucker thought he was cool when he went Union Carrier into Buster lock. Icarus Attack opened up an opportunity to go into Phantasmal Dragon next turn, and I whittled down the rest of his life points and won the game.

I'm gonna have some fun and try a gambling deck! And this time I'm gonna try to make it without any outside influences. I want to see if my mind works in that way or not.

Im only on page 7 but what do yall think of the new Legendary Duelists pack that dropped a few weeks ago with new Marincess support and support for some other archetype idk the name of >_>

I don't follow the cards outside of MD so idk much. Marincess was a really fun deck back during the NR festival so I'm glad it's getting more support. Will probably make a proper one when I get a surplus of SR points

I wanted to OTK someone but I forgot that if I use Inferno Fire Blast, 'Red-Eyes Black Dragon' are not allowed to attack on that turn.

Yea i was thinking about making it the other day even without the new support. Im just waiting till i have enough gems to just buy the pack the archetype it comes with so i can get the Trickstar archetype as well

That and idk if i wanna use points to build Toadally Awesome or more staples >_>

But sadly they insta lose to a Kaiju. If they're meta, they probably won't be t1 because they're so easy to counter if you happen to run the cards for it. Spell speed 4 should also work

Well, back in Gold, so I figured "screw it, might as well play Magistus now that I have Calamity Zoroa." Won my first four games, got really excited, and then lost six in a row for various reasons (two Space Rocks, some Kaijus, and one guy who played Ancient Warriors and just outplayed me).

Ah well, I'm still learning it.

Made a Drytron player scoop after setting up Borreload and an IP'd Apollousa. >_> God I wish there were better ways to play this game because Pendulums are so much fun when the game goes beyond turn 2 <_<

Actually both, but OCG Marincess got a lot more options. Right now Marincess basically plays one play and does it very consistently.

Gonna open Rokket/Borrel pack again when I get enough gems.
Gotta get 1 more Quick Launch, 1 more Striker Dragon, and 1 more Absorouters (craft one to open pack).

Who knows, might get Borrel UR again. /cope

Joey Wheeler I am not. Hell, not even Second Coin Toss (when I can actually get it) helps out all that much. The only wins I've gotten have been from the other guys surrendering for whatever reason. One even could've won so IDK what the hell they were thinking.
