I had to use backup and restore option for the endings on the PS5 since I don't have playstation plus cloud saves and that basically wipes the installed games off the primary drive (I transferred games to expansion SSD first). It took me about 125 hours to do everything and collect just about every gear possible in one playthrough except some items from the Seluvis questline, which I messed up by finishing Ranni questline first, and Varre's stuff (requires online). ... <cite>Nu_Titan posted [p:963898373] in Elden Ring... Ratchetrockon 03/31/22 8:26:04 AM #17:	I managed to play 5 hours today from 2 am to 8 am . past few days I haven't been able to focus on the game so my progress on this playthrough has slowed down. Anyways this morning I beat radahn and the two minibosses in redmane castle. Picked up the starscrouge and ruins great sword grinded at bird so I can dualwield ruin greatsword + great sword with 4 slot heavier armour. my endurance is now 45 and I have on the great jar talisman. my strength is now 50. my total carrying capacity is around 119 or something rn. got ruined greatsword to +8. great sword to +15. had to travel to volcano manor for some materials (like somber stone +7) beat the duo tree sentinels and the demonic tree sentinel since I thought id get their armor. i remembered wrong went through some of those mini-dungeons (catacombs/crypts/tunnel) in atlus plataeu went through the dragonbarrow cave in caelid. beat that tree worm thing in atlus plataeu so I can grab the big ass hammer. looks like I have to upgrade my endurance some more if I want to power stance this on ng+ or if I trade for another one. did some other misc stuff that I've forgotten about also the ruin greatsword weapon art is pretty nice. with that cracked tear to break poise easier spamming the weapon art is a safe way to make the enemies kneel. or just use in combination with jump L1 powerstance. My fp is only in he 60a tho so can only spam it 3 times before im depleted. --- I'm a Taurus I like collecting headphones and iems. My fave game of all time is DMC 3 SE on PC w/ style switch mod. Number090684 03/31/22 8:47:38 AM #19:	Ugh, been going through this game guideless as far as exploration and collectibles are concerned and trying to maximize my experience by exploring the entire world has been hellish and incredibly time consuming and not exactly in a fruitful, meaningful way either. The overworld is honestly too damn big for it's own good. It needed to be smaller by cutting a lot of the pointless filler areas and should have more dungeons and dungeon like areas and they should have better design because like other Souls games that's when it is at it's best. <cite>Number090684 posted [p:963903644] in Elden Ring... It's worth a shot I guess. He should be in the one ruined house in town, near a jar child. If he isn't there see if he is still back in Liurnia. WrkHrdPlayHrdr 03/31/22 9:23:14 AM #28:	My second character is going well. He's an Astrologian or whatever it is. First thing I did was take my INT to 20. Then I noticed my HP is low because you start with shit Vigor. That mixed with the fact I just finished my STR playthrough where I ended up with 60 vigor made me pump some points in to it. I felt fine when it was at 17 but I need it to be a number divisible by 5 so I went to 20. Got my FP to 100 so far and I'll probably upgrade that a little bit since I found a sacred tear and I want to get the best benefit from flask chugs for FP. I want to have my FP to 110 by the next time I find another Sacred Tear because that's what a +2 chug will restore. Went and got the Meteorite staff too. Bought a third spell slot from the round table. Not sure what spell I'm going to put in it yet. I'll have to buy a few and see what I like. I've explored eastern and western limgrave. Done pretty much everything except the boss on the lake. I'll probably explore Weeping Peninsula today and start my way around Stormhill. Ratchetrockon 03/31/22 1:46:11 PM #41:	Yayy i beat the duo gargoyles without spirit ash. My first time doing this without it. Used giant crusher +14 w/ heavy affinity royal knight resolve war of ash. Was doing 1490 damage to them with jump r2. Without ash activated its half of that. Only took like half a dozen hits to deplete their health. Took 3 tries. First 2 tries i used powerstance ruin greatsword +8 and +15 greatsword. It did noticeably less damage than crusher (i read gargoyles weak against strike so that is why i switched to crusher). Also did the volcano manor skip becsuse didnt feel like fighting godskin noble to get the royal knight resolve ash. lol Also realized crusher should be good against the big crawler hands too. I cant wait till i get my 2nd crusher and use royal knight resolve on both of them. That should be really powerful combo --- I'm a Taurus I like collecting headphones and iems.
