This boss better be a fucking joke because I'm probably gonna riot. I got wrecked in the second gauntlet by the fat armored dude slinging shit out of the ground everywhere.
Anyway, if you don't mind some slight spoilers on that area:
There are a total of four arena fights and then the boss. However, after the third you can open a shortcut to bypass those first three in the future, and the fourth is quite simple. Honestly despite bouncing off the first three fights at least ten times, it took me three tries to beat the boss, if that's any indication.
