This one isn't a spell, and to answer the question: Glintstone Pebble/Great Glintstone Shard for general purpose or individual mooks, Glintstone Arc for mobs and a few multi-bosses that get close to one another, Azur's Comet for cheesing bosses that stand still, Rock Sling for magic-restistant enemies or one's you want to posture break, Carian Slicer, and Ranni's Moon for debuffs.

My first playthrough was pure Int and I gunned down almost every boss with just spells. Most of them weren't worth using over Pebble pre-patch because of their FP costs or shit range. Some of them are a little more decent post-patch, while the already good spells like regular Comet are now less taxing on your FP.
