Crap I hadnt even thought about that. Granted I have most of a living dex in Home (transferred from Bank as soon as it was available) but I still have a couple GBA Pokgames I havent finished.

3DS eshop closing is something I knew was gonna happen someday soon but I wasn't really feeling ready for the news anyway

Pretty sad. The 3DS was such a wild and great system. I havent touched mine in 5 years but I still feel sad about losing the option

Not too surprising. I'm just glad they aren't shutting down the ability to redownload things already purchased. I've bought a ton of games I've never played and just in case something happens to my 3DS, I'm glad that option will be available.

I think I pretty much already own everything I'd want except the rest of the Smash 3DS DLC. So I guess I need to buy those before the credit card shutdown. I also own Fire Emblem Awakening and Echoes but never started either, and have heard varying opinions on their DLC, but I'm not sure I care enough to start playing through them and buying any of the DLC.

But that's like the only value in owning a Wii U!

The vast majority of of charts I've seen shared has had one big game in the center and two even games on each side which just makes them look like dicks

The funny thing is that I got my 3DS in 2012, but my Top 4 playtime games I believe I all played/first played in 2017.

I have a bad feeling that whatever game I buy before the cutoff date will somehow be made available again on Switch via remaster or updated version.

Crap thing is Europe doesn't have a unified publisher for Atlus stuff so the sales are always out of sync.

There are about 15 must-play games I need to play :/
I might have to buy them before the eshop close

Or at this point check out...other means...if they work correctly

odd, it's bizarrely incomplete. definitely should be more hours even considering regular ds games and system apps comprised like 75% of my overall time. ace combat should barely even be top 10 most played. >_>. also game count is way too low unless it's not counting demos in which case it might be accurate idk

Glad I'm not the only one who was sucked into Shuffle, it's been a stain on my top played 3DS games since 2016. Thank god I broke myself out of that hole and swore off F2P games since >_>

Hopefully they'll do one last big Ace Attorney sale before taking the eshop down for good (they won't). I still use my 3DS quite a lot, but honestly I play more DS games on it these days than 3DS.

Yeah, I couldn't really justify buying another EO game at the time (I've still barely played my copies of EO2 Untold and PQ,) but I'll buy it if that sale comes around again. Anyway...

I believe this makes the Harmoknight and Dillon games unattainable as well. I remember when this happened for Wii, someone on Reddit made a comprehensive list of everything that wasn't available physically or on active digital stores, as well as VC games that were not yet on the next console. Hopefully someone does that for this one too.

That's a great start! But it doesn't take into account games that are otherwise only on Wii U or other defunct digital storefronts. Another thing of note here is that, while many of them were stealth nuked a year or two ago, there are still some DSiWare games on the 3DS store.

I suspect that all the people saying "Bawwww they should just leave the store up!" Have never worked in a technology field, and have no idea how resource intensive it is to keep legacy systems online, and secure. Particularly those that have credit card payments. Especially those that not a single soul interacts with
