F/GO: Huh. That surprise Bella Lisa release maybe complicates my Mana Prism plans. I have like ~12k and planned to use 2 Rare Prisms from what I'll be getting from this rerun (my first rare prisms yay~) to get Chaldea Lunchtime and Mona Lisa for 10k Mana Prisms. But now I suppose it'd be smarter to sub that Mona Lisa purchase for Bella Lisa since it'll be time limited in the shop.

AoT S4E14: Well, Eren is just the absolute worst. Also Zeke really thought that would work, huh? Did he just forget his last encounter with Levi or something? Also not sure how he survived all those Thunder Spears and that hand(?) twitching as Levi first dragged him away makes me think there's some plan of his going on somehow but my boy Levi got this anyway. Or else.

Congrats, Eren, you've become the tool of a tool in the name of "freedom." Either that, or he's pulling a Lelouch gambit, and I'm not sure which is worse. Oh well, at least Levi got to stick it to Zeke again, although I'll always be nervous as long as he's alive. I kinda wish they'd just decide it's not worth it anymore and just kill him now.

It's a symptom of the way I'm playing, but it feels like the pacing in Miracle Mask has slowed way down. It feels like every five puzzles, I get a new stage for one of the mini-games (the robot, the rabbit, or the shop), and I have to beat it right away. Those levels are getting more difficult, and the puzzles have gotten more difficult as well, so now it's taking me longer to make real progress on the story.

Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask Chapter 5 complete!

The conversation with the Masked Gentleman here was quite good, and it's made me more convinced than ever that my initial guess on his identity is correct. It already seems like we're closing in on the finale, but it kinda feels too early for that! Well, we've got another flashback chapter next, so we'll see where this leads.

AoT S4E14: Finally caught up to you guys! Yeah I am like 99% sure that Eren's pulling some Lelouch shit, but he's just so damn unlikable. At least with Zeke you expect this!

Though speaking of Zeke, ughhhhhh I hate having to see the gross normal titans again. As always they're extremely deep in the uncanny valley and way creepier than any of the smart titans (besides Cart which is also gross). Seeing Levi in action is always great, but the torture at the end was a bit much.

I am looking forward to Floch eventually getting his comeuppance (though hopefully not via Eren in some sort of "let's not pretend I've been a horrible person all season" moment)

AOT S4E14: the way that my attitude toward seeing pure titans has changed so much. they no longer seem to pose a big threat, but it doesn't feel like a cheap devaluing the way that say, demons and vampires started feeling cheap and devalued in supernatural. discovering that they all come from humans also adds such a different element to them.

I really liked the added touch of Levi seeing the human faces of one of the Titans before he kills them. It really drives home what Zeke is forcing him to do.

Also I'm not sure if that scene confirmed Ackermans can't become Titans or if Levi just didn't drink the wine because he thought it was stupid.

AoT: Didn't S3 have something about Kenny revealing that the Ackerman clan was being hunted down by the Eldian Royal Family because they were immune to the Coordinate/Founding Titan power and therefore deemed a threat and that's the reason he tried to kill Rod Reiss's brother before having a change of heart and becoming the guy's biggest supporter? I assume Ackermans have an immunity though it wouldn't surprise me if Levi also didn't drink the wine either.

Yeah, they're immune to the mind control, but they discussed it earlier this season when Mikasa thought she was the obvious choice to succeed Eren, but he wasn't sure she could actually transform.

However, Ackermanns might also be immune to becoming Titans. It's not clear, especially since they have some mixed blood.
