talk about a rollercoaster ride

Started by using 30 tickets and mentally subdivided them into 3 batches of 10.

First 10 Tickets was absolute garbage.
Second 10 Tickets has an Arjuna spook outta nowhere, my first SSR spook and I'm thinking "...uh oh. ...at least this happened early?"
Third batch has a Qin Liangyu spook and now I'm thinking "A 5* and 4* spook? Is this the nightmare?"
First 2 10-rolls with quartz were more garbage
Roll 3 had Luvia show up
Roll 4 starts with yet another spook in the form of Prince of Lan Ling and I'm starting to feel like there's a LB3 theme to this trolling... but then Reines comes later on the same roll and I'm like... "Okay, now all those spooks are kinda amazing in retrospect."

Rolled 3 more times to see if I could get an extra copy of Luvia/Astraea for NP2 and missed (another 4* spook lmao Saber Diarmuid returns) but I got my second Kaleidoscope !!

Shame about Astraea only being NP1 amid the sea of 4* trolls there but that haul in 100 pulls? 100% cannot complain it's actually pretty darn amazing statistically. Reines get and that was the mission.

Played some Snap for about an hour this afternoon. It does seem really good, and a pretty nice evolution of the original game. Good reasons to replay the courses, new things as you pay them more, a bunch of unlockable stuff, fun ways to edit your photos. Plus like 700 more Pokmon than were in the original game (I dont actually know how many are in here, but much more than the first one).

Excited to dig into it a bit more.

All right, I've gotten as far as I can in 13 Sentinels in Miura's story for now. I really don't get what's going on in 2188 with the space station and stuff. They're the same "people" but they don't have the same "memories," but we've only gone this far into the future with Miura so far.

Looks like there are only two characters left for now who don't have locks on their stories (Fuyusaka and Megumi), so let's roll with Fuyusaka next.

When I played I tried to go back and forth between the gameplay and story parts a fair amount so there wouldn't be a ton of battles at once, and since that unlocks story parts too. Up to you how you want to do it tho.

All right, finished everything I can for Iori Fuyusaka in 13 Sentinels so far! Looks like my theory was right since she's being called Chihiro Morimura in these dreams. Would this also make her Miura's little sister? It's hard to keep all these relationships straight! Amiguchi is also calling himself Tetsuya Ida, but we haven't met or heard of anyone else calling themselves that yet, as far as I recall.

Megumi is the last one for now, so let's do it!

Renya Gouto Prologue in 13 Sentinels complete! I was looking forward to this one because he's felt like the mysterious mastermind type so far. And it definitely didn't disappoint. I'm guessing they're using clones and implanted memories to send all these characters into different times to use the Sentinels in hopes of defeating the kaiju. The reason they're in space is because the kaiju have overtaken Earth. Morimura wants to kickstart Operation Aegis just so she and a certain other someone can survive, even if no one else does. Is it Juro? They seem close from what I've seen so far. I also wonder if we're seeing different timelines due to their repeated attempts to change the past and future.

I still feel like I'm not really using any "strategy" in Sentinel battles, but I'm still winning without much trouble. Oh well, that unlocked Amiguchi's next segment, so let's get to that.

So I'm guessing that the characters who keep having "dreams" are clones who've had their original's memories implanted in them, and they keep interfering with their new identities. Also turns out that the "dream" where Juro kills them all is the real him killing the real them.

Im kinda curious just how much peoples experience with the game is influenced by the order in which they play the segments (less from a how much do they like it sense than a how does it affect the theories they come up with sense)

My wife will randomly pay attention while I'm playing and it's caught her interest. However, it's quite difficult to explain what's happening and why, so she told me that when I get all the cutscenes in the event viewer, we can just watch them all in order together.

Finished Ryoko Shinonome's Prologue in 13 Sentinels! I feel like they've implied that Sekigahara is this 426 dude, but here they outright confirm it and delve into what he's been doing. This explains what happened to Juro and Shinonome to mess up their minds, but I wonder why he's trying to sabotage the operation.

That Pieck gambit played out in warp speed lol. I wonder if it was that quick in the manga, or if the anime just accelerated it because it didn't matter. Also I am 100% sure Marley did not bring enough firepower to take down Eren here. Not just because we have a Part II but just... ...like the Pieck/Galliard plan was really their best shot, when they failed to get him there they basically lost lol.

Okay, I've hit a lock on Ryoko Shinonome in 13 Sentinels. I'm guessing there's a "real" Sekigahara and an AI version that's being controlled by 426. They dropped a pretty big bomb by revealing that 426 was the one who opened all the gates that allow them to time travel. And they're in the process of rewriting her personality like they've already done with Juro.

I unlocked Tomi Kisaragi in the process here, but we'll roll with Yuki Takamiya next.

Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 1 complete!

Man, watching Yelina fawn over Zeke was gross. Was Armin legitimately moved by her plan or just pretending to give himself a shot to get in her good graces? Regardless, we didn't get a chance to see it play out. And yeah, Pieck's right in that Eren has to know Zeke possesses royal blood.

Also, I guess Levi didn't kill all the Titans that Zeke transformed. It's total crap how he keeps surviving like this. I'm assuming Levi himself also survived the Thunder Spear going off since they didn't show him dead. I'll be curious to see if they test out the Rumbling now that Marley's shown up, but we'll have to wait a while for that.

I hit a lock on Takamiya in 13 Sentinels, but I already met the unlock condition, so I can continue with her! She also had a scene that unlocked Minami's route again, so that's nice. So Future Shinonome is sabotaging this Ark Project (first time I've heard of it, as far as I know) so that it wipes out all the remaining humans every time it reaches the final phase, forcing things into an endless time loop. It's pretty interesting to see how all the characters seem to have wildly conflicting goals throughout this whole thing.
