Eugh I ended up having to get Iris' Awakening to survive the damage but I beat the bastard! Almost got a sub 30 too... maybe if I had Noctis ASOB2 I could have done it but eh, good enough. I got the rat tails and that's all that matters!



Also WTF why is phase 3 so tame compared to the first two? He's like Zeromus wimpy there.

XV was my closest to a sub 30 too, I think I had 31.25 when I did it again for the missions. Seems like sub 30 should be doable but I don't want to try for it now.

Bluestacks does seem to work quicker than my phone, although I haven't tried a real value yet. If I do the select, what should I take? I already have the obvious power sync options: Lightning, Noctis, Rem, Orlando, and Serah. I don't need Rydia 1 anymore since I've beaten both earth-weak Odin and Zeromus. Some options I guess:

- Alphinaud, helps for Odin and Dreambreaker. But like I said, I already have his healing sync. And for Odin I need him to chain, so he might not have the bar to use both his sync and awakening as well.

- Ashe - helps with Odin and Dreambreaker. I don't think it's all that great of a sync though as far as I know.

- Tidus (or Rikku) - would only help for Sin. And or course Tidus 2 is much better.

- Ultimecia - better than Alphi for Odin, but doesn't help with a Dreambreaker.

I'd get Rikku of you have her Awakening or/and glint+, it also provides crit boost which can help break savage on Sin.

Got my last Gilgamesh (I) done with a mage team.
Meia (AASB+AOSB) and Matoya (USB, AASB+AOSB) with some support from Cait Sith AASB2 got the job done, even without spending 6* motes on Meia. Matoya was already 6* moted because I used her on magic Leviathan.

I ran Wol with AASB as a third dps, but that was strictly for a lack of another option. It was either him or WoL, not sure who was less bad between those two. I don't think he ever broke 10k with a single hit.

I was worried about Sarah as my healer, since she was stuck with her BSB, but with the additional healing from Cait Sith, it was enough. I just had to make sure to remove the Sap to avoid death after the phase transition.

I have been really struggling with that I Gilgamesh, I might have to wait until next time he comes back. I did get him to 6% last time so maybe I should just level my HC from 90 to 99 and finish off everyone's record board. I have 4 Awakenings (Master, Thief, Wol, and Matoya) but aside from those 15 seconds they just run out of steam.

I kinda needed Wol to have Banishing Strike for the Dispel, so he couldn't play the Entrust bot that well.
Also, dps kinda has to take a break during Gilgamesh's Def&Res buff regardless, so there's little point to an entrust bot. Unless I could end phase 1 before the buff, I dunno.
I used that time to cast soul break entries with Meia and Matoya, as well as refresh chain, so they could start the pain after the buff ran out.

I used Orran for my off realm and he dispels, but Matoya and Sarah can dispel as well. If you have Motoya and Meia's USBs you could have stacked them on their awakenings and they would have done more damage than Wol would have done by himself.

So Y'shtola is absolute fucking garbage as a DPS, even at 150 hits under no rage she couldn't break cap with meltdown on the Dreambreaker under her sync, and that's after fully record boarding her, putting 100 magia into magic and crystal waters. Ugh, I pity anyone who planned to use for offense in 6* magicite or higher. I think she did more damage just spamming Holyja in my old attempts.

Man I wish I could pull again on the awakening dream select, so many I want to pick but only 1 left. I want Vivi or Red XIII's so I can get a magic Wodin win, but I might need Echo's for the Dreambreaker so I can get the rat tails. But Ysayle is also a major want for the Dreambreaker and she'd let me beat the last 6* magicite.

The fear of duping on the 10 daily draw doesn't help either *grumble grumble*

Welp, there go another 100 mythril on my Laguna CSB chase. I've lost track of the total amount, but it has to be more than 500 mythril at this point, not to mention lots of tickets on VIII or Ice banners.

1/11 both times, Edea CSB and Ysayle AASB.
Both were new and that Ysayle AASB was a major want too, so I'm not too disappointed.

If I want to have 500 mythril for anniversary, I have to stop here.

Dang I wish I got that Ysayle Awakening, I'd trade my Josef sync for that in a heartbeat lol.

I got 2/10 on today's daily, Lightning imperil BSB and Naabat USB, the not brave one. Both new.

The game must really want me to use Naabat since I got her sync recently. I'll have to consider her awakening sometime.

I also almost beat the FF1 dreambreaker, I was less that 2% short before my chain ran out and he killed me. I would have beaten him if I used Meia's AOSB when the chain was high *sigh* at least I got the bracer.

Used my new Ysayle AASB to take down the IVX DB with a mage team of Alphi, Papalymo and Ysayle, all with AASBs, supported by Cait AASB, healed by Yshtola's BUSB.

I couldn't crack the sub 30, but I'll take my 35 second win for now.

I got Rosa Awakening on the daily today! This should help get that sub30 on Zeromus someday.

Also I finally beat the FF1 Dreambreaker!! It was through dumb luck I'd admit but I got those rat tails!



I couldn't beat the FFV Gilgamesh though, my FFV team is falling behind. Bartz is great but Galuf's Awakening 1 sucks, Dorgann can rarely break cap with his Awakening, and Faris is still weak as a DPS even with her sync and 6* mote put into attack boards. I can get to 90% but when Bartz' Awakenings run out I can't finish him off.

Well he comes back later at least.

I missed the chance to trade in my cardia campaign coins. Oh well. I didn't actually need any of the accessories, they would have just been extra rainbow crystal. I did leave the FF1 d550 unfinished, I'll have to get that one when it returns.

Just use Edward's awakening and go ham with magic! Even Rosa did decent damage with how quick the chain builds.

Maybe I should try Lighting magic weak Wodin next... Worried about the lack of imperil for magic though.

Ah nevermind I checked out Garnet's Awakening and it has imperil on entry and has an imperil chase too! Easiest Wodin yet!



4/5 Wodin accessories, just need one more... Fire magic is the most likely but I might need to wait until fest to select Vivi's Awakening.

Also we were supposed to get the Holy/Dark weak Wodins already? I can probably do one of those methinks.

The scrolls were the highlight of the event. But we'll get another Cardia event in a couple of months and you can 2 more scrolls by beating two diffrent dreambreakers. (and another Cardia event later, but you need to beat a Bahamut to get that scroll )

FF4 is the definitely the easiest dreambreaker, other than bulk he's not really threatening at all. You can even ignore the full breaks if your DPS is mage Pecil and Fusoya (also it's really weird how FF4, a stacked realm with lots of events gets the easiest yet 11 gets one of the hardest)

FF14 is the second easiest but it's in a niche neglected realm (someone poverty won with only lensable stuff so kudos to him! I can't beat it even with Alph Awakening/sync) but T-0 is seen as the next easiest because of Rem sync.

I was talking about the two honing scrolls you got from the Crush Cardia campaign where you got two scrolls for two diffrent dreambreakers beaten not the Gilgamesh updated rewards.

I beat Physical Water Weak Wodin! Man what a headache. I'm surprised Deuce is so underutilized in Wodin videos since she can counter almost all his BS except the berserk on DPS, but making sure Paine was infused before the 40% was the key,



Now I got 5 Wodin accessories! I put the fire seal on my magic Wodin magicite so that should help finally beat the Fire Magic Weak Wodin.

Using scrolls on Edge, Emperor or Bartz Awakening seems like a good investment because those characters are so versatile.

Ticket day! Used mine on FF12 because the dreambreaker is this week, I got Larsa's glint+, which is good since the dreambreaker uses a lot of status effects so Larsa is heavily preferred over Penelo.

Got Vaan's Awakening 1 with my ticket!!! Yes! Just in time for the Dreambreaker! Oh I also got Fran's imperil ice/instant cast USB as well which is new.

I need more anima lens 2 for Fran's dualcast LMR since she's probably my third best DPS right now as sad as that sounds.

The Kingdom Hearts characters are pretty worthless now anyway because most current bosses need two cap break SBs and half of the meta is realm focused where they're useless. So it's not a big loss if they abandoned, they're more trouble than they're worth now.

I also got Vaan's HA to got with his Awakening and tried a test run on Wind Physical Weak Wodin. Beat him first try!



That's nice that it saves me from getting Lunneth's HA since I plan to go mage for the FF3 Dreambreaker, at least till the Labyrinth dungeon Sandworm (I'm still confounded that a common early game enemy from FF4 is going to be one of the hardest bosses in the game)

I got Machina's meter glint+ on the daily! Too bad I don't have anything current for him but an Awakening select is considerable.

Also another Crush Cardia capmgain! No tickets but mythril and honing scrolls are always nice! Already killed Zeromus for a scroll.

Even redoing DBs with my two strongest teams was a pain, but eventually I managed to get my clears on Tactics and XV for the honing scrolls. I wasn't expecting to see the Crush Cardia campaign back again so soon.

I did II a lot recently, until I finally got the sub-30, so that one's still pretty fresh on my mind. Should be able to re-master that pretty easily.

On the other hand, the campaign is pretty long, so I just might be able to get mastery on 2 new DBs before it ends, especially with a fest before the end.

Just got Galuf's CSB from the daily. That's my biggest daily win by far from this campaign (previous bests were a dupe AASB, a couple AOSBs and decent, but non-essential LMRs or Glints), and I doubt anything will top this in the remaining 10 days.

If you plan on using Galuf as you chain holder you should probably do a pull on the current FFV banner in hopes of getting his sync/awakening 2 or even his new ultra/glint+. Galuf's previous stuff is pretty bad in the Wodin era.

I tried the the FF12 Dreambreaker today and got to 27% on my best run. This fight sucks because you have to deal with a lot of gravity attacks and sap, and he has a lot of buffs making it hard for Vayne/Fran to break savage since Vayne lacks a RB and Fran's damage sucks even after a full RB. I need her HA to even break cap with her because she need the imperils to do so. Vaan is still beast with USB 1/2 and his Awakening but he can't chew through that much HP by himself. Also this realm lacks a crit chance boost so I have to rely on Orran's bard and it's hard to juggle in this fight.

I also got Reks' Marche clone USB from the daily today, but I dunno if that's enough to replace Vayne without an awakening.

I mean, he's better than Machina either way, right? At least he can imperil, and I have his AASB1, even if it's quite terrible.
Besides, people have been killing Earth-weak Odin for a few months now, so his Sync and AASB2 really shouldn't be necessary.

Isn't the physical Earth weak one considered one of the harder ones because of lack of earth imperil? I see most people bring Red XIII with HA or Cinque to imperil, it's tough trying to juggle chain/awakening/imperil BSB since the heavy skill takes too long.

Machina doesn't even seem that bad considering he's got a 7 hit HA and you can select his Awakening this fest if you don't have it.
