Same. My guaranteed 3* from jump start was a dupe of Nozomi. Haven't had luck in at least 8 or so multi-pulls. I know logic dictates that I should restart but I'm not exactly hurting for progress at the moment. It's refreshing using lower rarity units for a change.

I actually put all my 3 stars in the team along with Miyako and I'm doing great now. It does get awkward tho because that means I'm running 4 frontliners and 1 mid with Shizuru but yeah. I swapped Io with Akino who has an aoe heal field and a self attack buff so she's doing wonders.

Yeah low rarities aren't too bad anyways. I use that meek looking blonde girl with a sword who's a 1*, and she's a pretty solid anti-magic healer. I feel a bit obligated to use all my 3*s but I'm sure there's a team that probably synergizes better.

Tbh in terms of my 3*s... Anna felt a bit mediocre because one of her skill literally kills herself, but it doesn't activate if she gets burst down too quick. I'm gonna keep using her because she's amazing in terms of personality.

I would say Hatsune might be feeling a bit too straight forward as well, but in general I'm pretty sure they're dishing out majority of my damage, and taking them off for similar units would probably feel much worse. Actually I just checked... Anna is doing a shitton of damage, and Hatsune, despite having 3 offensive skills, didn't quite do as much surprisingly. I dunno if that's dependent on the enemy but I should use the damage report more often. Ok yeah, now Nozomi did the most damage. It's definitely dependent on enemy types

Akino and Nozomi are insane though. Akino has mass single target burst and an AOE heal. Nozomi has like 3 different utilities.

Right now I'm in gearing hell... Shit won't drop and I ranked up with nothing I can equip Anna and Akino.

Yeah the gear grind can be ridic. It's like...spend a whole day just gear grinding, and then hope it's enough to push a good amount the next day, then back to gear grinding the day after and repeat.

Also wondering when we'll get Clan Battles?

Did about 20 more FGO rolls and went through a weird rollercoaster of spooks.

Lobo NP, Astolfo for the first time ever (seriously, I have NP5+ of every other Rider, but zero Astolfos until today), and NP2 Miyu.

I would think it good to level everyone at some point just because you can use multiple parties for dungeons, how physical/magical focused parties might be preferable for certain battles, or how one is going to end up with excess gear/XP potions eventually (mana might be a different story though).

Anyway, my only *3 so far are Monika, Akino, Saren, and Io. I don't know where that puts me meta-wise, I'm just disappointed that none of them were beastfolk.

Monika is top tier for PvP from what I've read and Saren is another great character in general. Akino is pretty bad from what I've read.

I just need to figure out how to beat the boss in the dungeon. Guessing I need to level up as the advice of "borrow a high level clan mates girl" not so effective when none of us high enough level to stomp it yet :( Edit: Or maybe I've been being dumb and selecting a lower level option. >.>

Akino tries to do everything and ends up doing none of it well, so any advantages she seems to have now will inevitably fall off.

Until her 6* hits and she becomes a tanking DPS goddess on par with PriPeco.

Yeah, she was my first 3* along with Makoto and she was never very useful. She got benched after my most recent multi that gave me Shiz, Io, and Yukari.

I'm using Akino decently. Does great ST dmg with her ult. Her s1 can aoe and buff her atk. And an aoe heal field that doesn't heal a lot but it's a good secondary sustain. Can't complain tbh

Jumped on the Priconne train, feels fantastic to play this in English and I'm praying Crunchyroll doesn't do its normal thing to it. Pulled a few times and trying to save for future banners, even though I think I'm having tank issues. :( Wish I had Nozomi lol.

Honestly, the best thing I did was get rid of Yui. She gets recommended a lot but in early stages of the game her heals just can't keep up with some of the enemy's DPS if your tank is solo and not geared/ranked so high. Miyako is still great and having an offtank to share the frontline with her helped immensely.

Yui is my only healer lmao. I'm focusing on her memory shards now but dang it's tempting to pull. The one time I don't reroll in a game I feel is the one time I really should have.

What I don't necessarily get is why everyone recommends rerolling for Makoto.
If everyone's rerolling for her, doesn't that mean pretty much every clan will have her? In which case you don't really need one of your own?

You reroll for Makoto because buying her mempieces is a pain in the ass.

145 mempieces to unlock her is a high cost as it is. 145 mempieces through clan battle is even worse.

Of course, she can spook normally, so its not *that* big a deal, but if youre going to reroll regardless, shes the top option atm.

With all that said, Ive come to the conclusion that now is a shitty time to reroll anyway. The 2* pool is too barren, on top of there being no limited 3*s atm.

Wait...how do you complete the mission to clear a dungeon floor if you cant because either youre out of floors to clear or if youre stuck? Can you just not do that mission?

If so, thats kinda stupid...They shouldve made it just challenge a floor or something <_<

Anyone tried Cookie Run: Kingdom yet? The game is a hell of a lot better than anyone would've thought. It's pretty poorly optimized though and has a dreaded shard system for the gacha. I'll continue to screw around with it to see if I can reroll for an Epic since rerolling isn't much of a pain.

I've been raising a lot of characters. I now have 10 characters at rank 7 and 5 others that I'm in the middle of raising. I'm trying to make a full 15 for Princess Arena, then after that I'll stop grinding and just take it easy for a while.

So I did an extra pull because I'm desperate. Got enough to get Yui shards and 2* her but her healing does like...20 points more right now? :l I read 2*ing was a substantial upgrade.

On the other hand I managed to pull Chika. Before I waste resources finding out, would Chika be better than Yui for early game?

If you already 2*d Yui, shes better than Chika.

But until Yui gets 6*, youll want better healers anyway. Misato and Summer Kokkoro are the main ones to look out for, then NY Yui is the best gacha one for a while, I think.

Alright, thank you. I remember using Misato for my JP team, I recall being fond of her, and it looks like she's a handful of banners away (assuming the same order as JP). I'll start up a stash for that, then. Thank you for the advice!

I tried another Cookie game that was a decent time killer for a little while. It was one of those mainly PvP games where you place units on the field to attack your opponents towers I think (like RWBY Amity Arena or that South Park game). But then you just run into whales in arena :<

Yeah, those types of games piss me off for the reason you just described. This is like an actual gacha RPG with town building. I got a good pull and played a bit. The game is really damn charming. Dunno how well it'll do with the gacha community though considering no waifus.

Got three Zara's on one 10 pull. Like, WTF are the odds of that? I've been waiting for this re-run for a long time. Some of the best swimsuit skins in the game.

Edit: Also, this new Auto function is pretty nice. Takes a bit to get used to. Perfect for event farming.

Assault Lily: Last Bullet launched yesterday in Japan, and I thought about trying it, especially after I heard how many free rolls they were giving new players. But between the 5GB download size and the game being so complicated that there's no way I could play it without it being in English, I'm going to pass on it for now. I've mentioned before that Bushiroad IP's have a good track record of eventually getting English releases, so if I can figure out a way to make enough room on my phone, I'll probably end up trying it when that happens.

The initial thing is more like a test where they are trying to work out issues with latency / bugs / etc. So set your initial expectations low.

I'm gonna do another activity purge and try to recruit more people for the guild to prep for co-op.

Reading some of the bond/guild stories in Priconne, this anime it's about isn't what I expected. At least I assume they are the same as the characters from it.

From a girl who gets off something big on pain to a drunk girl wanting to get fucked. I am both scared and curious to see what the others are like.

I dunno why I can't use the clan members characters in the dungeon, and I guess I really need to grind for equipment tomorrow cause I can't get past 2-3 hard. Bunny girl pretty much one shots two of my characters with her ult.

I kinda read on it and it seems Dungeon and Main Quest are 2 different things. Those like 7 stage dungeon things you can retry once per day are dungeons, and you can use the clan assists there.

Yeah, I dunno how to set a clan mates characters for dungeons.
The last boss of the first one absolutely boddied me. I think I did like 25% of it's hp with both of the teams I managed to build

Dammit, I like Akino too, she reminds me of Anna from Fire Emblem.

I dunno when Akino falls off hard or whatever, but she's perfectly fine for me. She's really damn good against single bosses, and she's a big part of a bit of a heal stacking party I got going. She definitely doesn't heal as much as Nozomi or Yukari but in exchange does a lot of damage. Maybe it's cuz I don't have a Makoto to compare her to, but I've seen JP lists that put her as one of the best units as a 6*, so I guess we gotta play the long game. Not a fan of being so damn behind in terms of contents though.

Im torn about the jumpstart gacha. I really could use a second 3*, but Im not sure I want to spend money on this so soon especially with the bad exchange rate. Plus Im not a fan of potentially paying for someone I dont want.

Don't forget the possibility of pulling someone you already have. 50 divine amulets is all you get in that case. Happened to me.

Yeah, unless theres some pick a character kind of thing, Im probably not gonna spend money on guaranteed pulls like that anymore. Bad drop rates are one thing, but these are abysmal, and the compensation for getting duplicates sucks <_<

I really want Keqing, but idk if I can afford to roll for her with Hutao probably coming out soon after. And they made Keqing's upgrade material kind of annoying too, Nectar is the same thing that Mona/Ganyu want, she uses the same weekly boss material as Mona, and her gathered material is something you have to mine instead of it just being collectable like most other characters.

also I get the feeling that Welkin Moon is basically intended to be a membership fee. You can play without it, but you get so few rolls that you're going to have a hard time rolling who you want in the gacha.
