Normal events are grind the event boss and endlessly farm lotto boxes for all your mempiece/equipment needs. Which is fine for later events, but the year 1 events have crap choices for mempieces. But what pisses me off is that theyre not guaranteed here, attempts are limited to 3 a day, and stamina is tight. First maintenance ended for a few hours and gave out 12k gems, which was pretty legit. They took the game down again due to server issues and will be down until tomorrow. You can always get a character in AL after less than 100 tries at a stage barring extremely horrible luck, but in a game with shards you have to do the stage at least as many times as the number of shards needed. In this case at least 145 times for a 3* (based on my shard numbers I get 1.5 shards a day per stage which surprises me since I'd swear I more often than not get a shard on only one of the 3 tries, so around 217 tries for any given 3). I would say that rank 7 + fully leveled Ex skill + a couple of equipment pieces (at least 2) is better than rank 6 + full equipment pieces. Leanaunfurled posted... The fact that almost every character in the game right now can eventually be unlocked and ascended without ever needing to pull them in the gacha (the only ones that can't right now are Djeeta and the ones in the Clan Battle shop since CB's haven't started yet) is fantastic. Yes, the grind is slow. But at least there's a way, which is still far better than other games. And that's not even getting into divine amulets, which turn your duplicate pulls into memory shards for any character you already have and not just that specific character like in other games. Touch 01/27/21 9:45:13 AM #329:	Some units to look out for for sure if you can't get certain 3s Tanks: Pecorine, Lima, Miyako, Kuuka (PvP) DPS: Shiori, Shinobu, Yuki, Suzume, Mitsuki, Tamaki (PvP) Support: Yukari and Yui (get both to 2 stars ASAP), Chika, Kokkoro I would suggest maybe to wait until the 29th/30th if Jun drops to invest pulls in a tank. Next best thing would be Miyako to push story. If you're struggling, might have to go with tankier comps like double tanks to split damage, or double healers. Yui is great and recommended, but her group heal is super lacking early on and Chika outshines her. For a little more incite, about 3 months into the game there was a collab with Secret of Mana where you could get Randi, Primm and Popoi. Randi was king of physical non attribute damage for around 9-10 months. Only 2 of my girls have 3* and they finally got their 8th bond yesterday, that was a NICE stat boost. Slowly working on farming others, but I don't have a way to get Miyako's yet.
