So what's the deal with AVCT earnings? Are they going to report the earnings of the new business they bought? If it's just the SPAC's earnings, that won't be very interesting.

Business(es) they bought, yes. The ER will have Computex financials which they first bought out of the SPAC Pensare and the merger was completed beginning of April (hence why the last ER WAS just the SPAC numbers and yeah, super boring). This is their first real ER so guidance is the biggest expectation. Whether we'll get Kandy's financials I don't know. They just announced that acquisition so I can't imagine we would right?

Well, good luck. There may be some selective memory going on but I think every single one of my stocks (9 of them) may have gone down the day after earnings. Maybe one of them (DAL?) went up marginally.

And that's with the majority of them beating analyst expectations. I feel like analysts consistently set expectations low, so companies routinely beat them, but the actual market expectations are higher. So you see earnings beat, revenue beat, stock.....down.

The stock is incredibly low float: there are 19.6 million shares outstanding, that's it. When low float meets heavy volume in the stock market, you see those insane runs from 2 to 7 and 4.80ish to 14 it just did last week. Volume is picking up again today so looking promising. Our little AVCT discord also likely owns between a third and fourth of all the common stock (though most of them have way more of their money in the warrants) and the vast majority of them are not selling til 20 no matter what, so less sellers you have to worry about.

It's still undiscovered and I don't want the big boys coming to play just yet, because this time I want to actually fucking cash out on a 200% gain and hope to get back in. Silly to me to not sell anything, but the discord guys have super low averages so they don't mind waiting. What goes up must come down though and I'll just keep reinvesting. I was really mad at myself for selling the next day for peanuts (7k) but I did so only after I had better understanding of the warrants. And now I'm in on that, so missing out on a 25k trade will hopefully mean nothing soon. Stupidest thing in the world to not set a stop limit at like 12 though wtf me. I hadn't slept the entire night before...so I blame that.

Moonroof, there is of course no guarantee of a run. They could delay ER or something like that, but I doubt it. That said, it's simply not a matter of if there will be another crazy run with AVCT, it's when. And the when is most likely this ER.

Oh and yeah, to red sox: I don't think a brand new company's ER can at all be compared to other ERs, because yeah even for good ERs a stock has usually run so much on the rumours of good earnings it's a quick spike and a dip. Of course you could destroy expectations like AAPL or Tesla did and they'll keep going up. But no ER is going to have the investor curiosity a very first post-SPAC one would.

Yeah it sounds like a good play. Sort of like investing in private equity but with a publicly traded company. Greater risk => greater risk premium => greater profits.

Well this time I plan to play it like I did GNUS and hope to set stop limits a dollar down from wherever it is if it runs crazy. 15 would be lovely and would bring my warrants over 2...netting me like 70k. I'd say 15 is very possible on great ER and guidance so a nice price target for sure.

And hopefully my own thesis against the discord guys that we're still too undiscovered to get the big names is true and she drops back under 8 or 7 for me to scoop up more warrants.

Just asked and the discord guys don't own many commons actually, just sandman with 100k shares set to sell at 20 with an average buy price in the 4s. And the real banger: his 3 million warrants and his PT is 10 for them.

E: Moonroof, think about these payouts a little bit and now you can understand why people go long. Another edit: sand's commons are 3 average, very nice.

I hope they don't delay ER but if it goes down and you sell you may miss out on the rocket ship. I had a buy order set to double my shares 20 stupd cents below where it was trading that day then it took off PM. I was so mad.

So yeah now I just hold knowing the rocket ships are inevitable. I've also learned to space my accumulation out more. Like buy a hundred shares here and there on trading days where it seems to be at the low for that day, instead of putting a huge buy all at once. Really helped me on getting good averages on AVCT.

Yep yep they have until Friday. They like to drop PR and ER out of the blue so I'm not surprised we haven't heard anything yet. A couple of discord guys e-mailed IR last week and it seems like it's still expected to drop.

Man AVCT discord right now is full of interesting information since they filed an 8k today. I'm at work right now so can't really read it all but might not be the best signs short term. :( There's a secondary offering for shares and stuff. We can still get an ER hype run and good guidance with ER can maybe save this short term, but I might have missed my chance at the huge trade for now. That's gonna really depress me if true even though I know we'll be fine long term. I'd hold till the end of the week and see what happens at least. Will report more DD when I get home and can read it/try to understand it but just wanted to be honest with y'all.

I'm fine holding long term, like for years, but even I may get out to get better averages if we can foresee a decline. That said plenty of people are thinking the 8k may not effect an ER run at all, so basically everything hinges on good ER and good forward guidance for the company's future. Which was always the case, but now more than ever the ER and whatever else they come out with is going to matter dramatically. Hold til Friday, see if we can pop above 10. You'll know if a real pop happens because they're insane with this stock.

And keep in mind the market doesn't always function like it should, people may just buy buy buy because they saw what it did last week.

These AVCT discord guys are light years beyond me. I really want to learn how to do all theae equations and shit. Shame I didn't try to time the market again on my one long position and just bought those additional shares before the pop and woke up with that 100k+ in my account the next day...I could have quit my shitty job and spent time learning how to calculate this shit.

Basically though here's some information leverage we have on the dumb dumb market because I guarantee you no one is doing the research these guys, sans the savviest of investors: dilution will be coming thanks to additional common shares to be registered, which will lower the stock price significantly but give the stock much higher float, more stability in movement and obviously more shares in general for the big institutions to buy in the future. Big institutions are very doubtfully buying for a while until they can prove sustained revenue growth, and it's unlikely they got much cash post reverse merger. It also sounds like the true value of the stock may be 7.50 even post dilution at 1x valuation. But how they got that without Computex financials from ER I don't know. Will read again.

Now really the whole juicy mystery of AVCT is what the fuck the valuations are supposed to be for the share price. Obviously the Kandy acquisition is huge because they're a true UCaaS company and AVCT+Computex (one in the same now but emphasizing Computex because they were pulling decent revenues of 150M+ as a private company) are just a tech companies that do IT and cyber security stuff. That whole tech sector is super hot but a joke compared to the 25x valuations that RNG Central trades at. I think it's obvious that with Kandy AVCT will be trying to clearly make a case for them to have high valuations if they want to hit that 1 billion market cap Darrell Mays (the CEO) wants to hit a couple years out. This is what makes a stellar guidance so damn important here. SPAC Time, the semi-bear but kinda neutral member the discord crew bought in so we wouldn't become a bull echo champer predicts they'll file an NT1Q extension, giving them extra time to file the ER because they have so much to prep here. That'll send the price plummeting for sure.

Funny enough people there are definitely pumping the stock all over reddit and r/pennystocks will buy anything on someone else's DD (whether actual good DD or not, see PASO the biggest scam ever). Good news for them is if they chase and don't get out they'll be bagholding the first stock in their life that will actually turn them green. Anywho I'm just saying this ran from 2 to 7 in a day on no news, sooo finally after this way too long post (keep in mind my position size here ) my theory is:

- We actually do run over the next couple days so long as they don't drop an NT1Q on us mid-week. Mainly just based on recent volume. This run however will be an artificial one based on hype, not news or good ER, pumps, dumb reddit investors, FOMO, etc. Not because big boys are coming to play - that's maybe a year out when they've proven continual growth.
- Gonna side with SPAC Time and predict they do indeed delay the ER, sending the share price down significantly right after it. Feel like two days out we'd get a PR announcing the first huge ER. They would be hyping this shit.
- ER will be who the fuck knows; I think decent but not great. Revenue and cash flow will be low. Guidance and valuation predictions are key and this will completely change where the stock stabilizes at for the next couple months. I predict 7 to 10 after a much lower price when the shares get diluted and baggie holders sell after delayed ER.
