Bitch doesn't even try to use the comprehensive movement system. There are no hitscan enemies, everything is a projectile, so it can be dodged. Problem is that Phil has 0 situational awareness, nor does he try to learn the game proper.

Also, bear in mind that he is playing on "Hurt me Plenty", and it is physically painful how bad he is. He then said "I love the platforming and exploration, the endless combat is tedious". When has a Doom game NOT been about slaying hordes and hordes of fucking demons?

His ego won't let him play on easy, but it would make sense. He wants to get through games as quickly as possible while being helped by chat every step of the way. He should set every game to easy and explain that he would rather focus on "interactivity," which is easier to do on a lower difficulty level. DSP doesn't want to make it out just fine. He's trying to flip a profit off of this, a profit of around 230k, that's the end goal. His game is that because everything is business related, he wants all of it to be protected, other than the CT condo. As for that, he wants the bank to cover the extra 50k he owes past the property value. This means he pays 0 on it, but no one can take a dime from him on it (because he has no assets that can be seized, since he wants it all to be protected).
Same thing for the 130k of credit card debt. He wants all of it forgiven, and if the creditors pursue, he wants the court to protect his assets again, so he can tell them that he will never have any money to pay (because his expenses will always outweigh his income, but everything he buys is business protected assets, so basically as he claims on stream, he never has any money to use.), and if they want money, they need to have the court pay them, not him.

The flip side of this is that DSP will spin the narrative that he won't get out of this in a good state. In fact he'll tell everyone that he'll be utterly devastated no matter what the outcome is. He's going to need more help than ever, because clearly only earning 60k isn't cutting it, he needs more. Oh, those earlier figures where his combined income was nearly 6 figures? Forget about that, just remember that he's not earning enough.
In other words, he can't make it out just fine, because YOU aren't giving him enough money. In order for him to make it out just fine, he'd need more money. On top of the money he's trying to scam from the bankruptcy, on top of the 60k he's earning yearly, on top of whatever is in the inheritance he's waiting for.

This is what we call trying to have your cake and eat it too, the best of both worlds.

DSP is an opportunist when the opportunity appears convenient and requires minimal effort. He doesn't need to do anything here. He pays his attorney a one time fee for her to walk him through the proceedings And in his head, he gets what is essentially 230k free cash (that he already spent) and an opportunity to increase his profits further. He probably thinks that his future profits won't be tracked or cut from, so basically anything extra he earns from milking this is also free money in his head.
His attorney got paid what, 1-2k? That's a massive profit if you go by DSP's logic. This is the man who flipped credit cards hoping he could juggle them hard enough to win against the bank. He sincerely thinks that he's smarter than most of the world. This isn't much of a stretch if any at all.

Even better here for him is that this fuels his victim narrative no matter what.
Bankruptcy is a full win and he walks away with everything? DSP cries victim because he should have been earning all that money to begin with and trolls stole his money away from him.

There is no situation that DSP will not spin to make himself look like a victim. He considers it a win as long as he finds a way to not take responsibility. DSP is the guy who can talk about throwing Jews in an oven, then claim that he's the victim because we not only made him do it, but we made him look bad because we're evil and amoral. He did nothing wrong, when he said it, it was innocent and good natured. It's only bad when other people say it, or when anyone brings up that he said it.

In top of that, in the statements they'll also be able to see where Phil is spending all that money on. What also us a really bad look for Phil ia that he doesn't have seperate accounts for private and business expenses.

I am not sure. He claims to have bought the Citibank debt, and so far on KF he seems to be legit. So yeah he may be a troll, he may be a legit creditor and even both.

After hearing the hearing and the questions the trustee asked, I believe Phil is not out if the woods, not even close.

Hell no. DSP is pure scum. But, I'm also being realistic in that he's likely not going to come out of this harmed. Dude is making 6 figures and still somehow in debt and still begging. He thinks this is still the early 2000s where most people dont know much about these forms of online media. Im sure dozens of people have gone through similar shit when they took out loans trying to make it on youtube, twitch, etc., and the lawyers have most likely seen cases similar to this before. They cant be bullshitted.
