One thing that comes through with some (but not all) detractors is that they enjoy what they do. They're not mocking Phil because they're jealous and have no life. They're doing it because it's fun. As much as I would question the judgment of the people giving Phil money (fans and trolls), most of them seem to be having fun, too. The only person in all of this who is not having fun is Phil.

Wait, he had a sub goal that when reached, unlocked another sub goal, but for tier 2 ones? Man, talk about being even greedier than usual. Next, he will have a goal on his stream to stream the next day or something.

I always enjoy his old Youtube videos where he took shit-takes against Twitch, how he won't do shoutouts, beg for donations, stop gameplay to complain about contributions, do things for money (like recently wear that fucking vest) and what not.

Phil has always been a contrarian just for the sake of it, and as such he doesn't see himself as a sell-out, a shill or something who gave up.his dignity. He has become everything he claimed to be proud he wasn't.

Truth is, he always was. He is literally becoming a Twitch thot, he is now even changing clothes upon enough money.

Phil's Morrowind stream is still god awful.

Someone explained in fine details how to get an item from a dungeon (down to where exactly to find it), and then Phil acts like he completed that task all on his own.

Someone then dared to ask (since there are people holding his hand hard, and Phil is spending 80% of the time in the menus of the game), why Phil doesn't do any research.

Phil berated the guy (shocker) yelled at him, and explained that if he researched ahead, how would the stream still be interactive?

But do bear in mind that EVERYTHING in Morrowind confuses him. He complains that there are no directions, or that quests are complicated and what not. Yet at the same time he doesn't pay attention to the dialogue or use his journal. He'll just stall till someone tells him where to go (prefferably with money attached).

Morrowind is his worst playthrough by a large margin.

If any of you need perspective, just watch ANY other streamer for five minutes and then compare him/her to DSP. Wow... You'll be shocked at how low quality Phil's stream really is.

For me, the biggest difference is that most of those other streamers (probably almost all of them) clearly enjoy what they're doing. That's even the biggest difference between Phil now and Phil back when he was successful.

He got slaughtered. Don't be surprised of he completely drops it and just sticks to SF2.

Voting for the viewers "choice" is live. No souls-like games. No open-world RPGs (Fallout, Elder Scrolls, etc).

Must be available and reasonably priced.

Yeah, I watched him play one online match for Granblue, and it was the usual excuses. Of course, he lost the match and was salty as hell, which is normal.

"I'm trying to do a dragon punch motion and it's not coming out!"
"All this person does is spam this same move over and over"

-King of Retro? Terrible at older games and thinks everything's outdated.
-Has done multiple playthroughs of Soulsborne games? Terrible at those unless chat hand-holds him to create an overpowered build.
-Minecraft? Has been playing it regularly for a long time and still barely understands the basics.
-Battle Royale games? Camp in the bathroom snoozefest.
-Notoriously bad at FPS games.
-Notoriously bad at games involving stealth.
-Notoriously bad at driving games.

At this point he should stick to walking simulators and easy RPGs he played when he was younger.

He would almost have a point if he normally came back right on time and this was a rare exception due to a circumstance beyond his control, but anyone who has watched him knows that he routinely extends his breaks five or ten minutes past what he says they'll be. So Phil started Nioh 2 and.... Well.... It's exactly what you'd come to expect when he tackles a souls-like game.

He knew how to cheat the game in order to get free currency, claimed he had fun while "learning" the game. Then complained the game was really complex at a moment where all he had to do was press O.

Stalled really long during the tutorial area of the game.

Expect him to get his ass handed to him over and over.

Phil was also complaining HARD about Gran Blue online. Said that it wasn't like old games that require skill. This is proof that he is literally stuck on a game 20 years old, and that if new games are different, they suck by default. Because Phil refuses to learn new mechanics and subtleties of new games. He refuses to put in any effort (nothing new), and just wants to dial it in.

But what is even more perplexing, he bitched hard about DK64 for being old and outdated, but bitched ar Gran Blue for NOT being like old games.

He is just being contrarian for the sake of it.

Morrowind continues being the worst playthrough ever. Right now it's basically Twitch plays. Every single fucking step has to be explained to him. He is looking at chat, takes a step, looks at chat, takes a step. This is all accompanied by riveting commentary: "Now what? What am I doing? Where am I going? Now what?"

What I hate most about Phil is how he talks, the Morrowind playthrough is a prime example of it.

"We can beat this." "We can come together." And any variant of that.

When the hurdle had been passed: "I did that".

He has no appreciation for the people that help him, financially or otherwise. If you send him the wrong direction in Morrowind for one step, he'll chew you out and call you an idiot.

Not unlike when you cease being useful to Phil when it comes to money...

All Phil cares about is himself.

That's because he is incapable of empathy, and if you pay attention, you see him faking it every time a situation requires it, or has a completely inappropriate reaction (like how he laughed his ass off when Clem was stitching her wound).

He is also horrible ar Nioh 2. This game introduced a few new mechanics, most notably "critical counters". When you see a red indicator.over your enemy, they are about to do a strong/damaging attack, but if you parry it, it'll leave your enemy wide open to a counter. This will give you a few seconds to do massive amounts of damage.

Phil naturally sucks at this. He ignores it and said that he will play this game "the Dark Souls" way. Basically bullrush every challenge upon him, never changing tactics nor using the new mechanics meant to help you. He died nearly 30 (I think) times to the tutorial boss alone, because he didn't use the critical counter and basically had to whither the boss down.

Naturally he raged, called people idiots for trying to help, called the devs stupid.

You know, Phil in a nutshell.

His refusal to adapt is staggering.

This is amazing. Midfirst seems to be filing (imo) specifically to try and file a deficiency for ~$50,000, based on the difference between the current loan balance and their appraised value of the CT Condo.

To put it in numbers, the CT condo is worth 60.000 dollars, the loan Phil has for it is 108.000 dollars. Meaning a deficiancy of almost 50.000 dollars. It looks lime Midfirst is calling out Phil on his bankruptcy application

Also, fun fact: April 10th is both Phil's wedding anniversary and the release date of the FF7 remake.

I expect that April 10th is going to be a bannable offense during today's stream, and lots of people will get limbed.

Also, CoD Warzone now has a solo mode. We get to see Phil hide in bathrooms again and deny that what happens on the kill-cam is what happened to him.
