Hooooooly shit.

It's happening. The call happened.

He was asked about his electronics, he stated under oath that he only uses them for anything business relates. He is fucking it up already. He said and I quote: "Everything just listed is used solely for the purpose of doing business and live streaming".

There is no fucking way they'll let that fly.

He said that he bought the PS4 Pro himself, you know, the one that was donated by someone anonymous a few years ago?

HAHAHAHAHAHA he is actually explaining Paypall to her. Oh my fucking god. My sides...

He also said that he never bothered to separate his assets, though he is running a business. A business he referred to as a "on demand video service".

He compared people giving him tips to tipping your waiter in a restaurant.

He also said how much people love his content. It's like a goddamn prestream.

Oooooh he got asked for 6 montha of Paypal statements. This is getting spicy.

He got asked the value of hia consolea if they were to be sold at this time.

Phil said he makes about 500 dollars a month off of Youtube.

It's very fucking clear the trustee did their work, with the questions that are being asked which matter the most.

Phil tried to claim micro-transactions as a business expense. Did this dense motherfucker actually try to justify spending tens of thousands of dollars on a mobile game as a goddamn business expense?

When asked if he had any unlisted assests, Phil answered no.

Ooh this is gonna be good, Phil got asked what he considers a business expense.

Citibank guy is tearing Phil a new one.

Phil said his 130.000 dollar cresit card debt is from buying groceries.

The Citibank guy is asking Phil to itemize his 5k business expenses. This fucker knows what he is doing and it is amazing.

Oh.. turns out it was a troll. Still, not bad, got Phil to panic.

Normally these kind of meetings last 5 minutes. 10 tops. Phil's lasted 40 minutes... That's saying something.

Before you say that Phil wasn't "grilled" too harshly, his answers made him look really bad, he was digging his own grave really, and they knew it.

Wonder what the prestream is going to be like..

Edit: the Citibank troll might not be a troll after all, this person claims to have bought the debt.
