Didn't you know? Everything is a detractor meme. The Corona virus for example. Who gives a fuck that it's killing people, that we are facing a (possible) pandemic, people are using it in Phil's chat!

Dates are detractor memes. Today happens to be Phil's day off. But that is a detractor meme.

Everyone is out to get Phil, that is why he has to protect his family. But is willing to compromise their safety for money. See, he couldn't reveal he had a cat for 9 months, to protect his family. But it's not that important when he stands to make 2.000 dollars.

There is an expression that really fits Phil well:

"If you bump into an asshole in the morning, you bumped into an asshole in the morning."

"If you bump into assholes all day long, you are the asshole."

Narcissists are not so much paranoid, as that they are convinced others are trying to bring them down out of jealousy or spite.

The weird thing is that these people rarely live lives worth of being jealous of. Yeah I wouldn't mind being able to stream and make about 100.000 - 120.000 dollars on a yearly basis, but I am not for over 500.000 dollars in the shitter and filing for bankruptcy. I am also not sacrificing my last bit of dignity to beg for scraps, nor am I lying to anyone either.

Phil's mind is what's keeping me interested in all of this, he constantly says people are jealous of him, while also saying he doesn't have money to make ends meet. He says he has a job people are jealous of, but it's clear he hates his job and wants to tune out as soon as he can. He says he relies on his viewers to keep him afloat, but shits all over those same viewers.

And then the cat finally came out of the bag, even though Phil feigned financial distress (while having 4k gross income), he paid the absolute bare minimum on anything that was bought on any form of credit. He has paid off 1.000 dollars after a few years, he's barely made payments on his credit cards (which is why has a debt on them of 130.000 dollars) and barely made and payments on his mortgages.

Phil has spiraled out of control, he refuses to acknowledge the situation and continues digging his grave.

I think a lot of people would like to be able to stream for a living, maybe even to the point of being jealous of successful streamers, but no one in their right mind wants to be DSP. Even DSP doesn't want to be DSP.

You don't just get to change the date unless there is a justifiable reason:

• you (or your attorney) have a medical or family emergency, require critical and immediate medical treatment, or have a serious medical condition that makes you incapable of attending the hearing
• you (or your attorney) pass away or become incapacitated before the hearing
• a weather emergency occurs
• you become incarcerated, or
• you have another compelling reason.

Now I don't want to be an asshole, but Phil literally has nothing going on in his life, so I strongly doubt he had a "compelling" reason.

You don't get to just change stuff around when it comes to court, just because it suits you better.

Also, what is really weird, Phil still took today off. Could his ego really be that big that he decide "fuck the court" and just went on his merry?

He had today marked as his day off at the posting of his streaming schedule, which was at least since monday, possibly longer.

Ahh thats understandable. Thought it was possible for court cases to change dates ahead of time. I just dont know which was true because i keep hearing it was rescheduled to march 26, no update on whats going on or anything

This is just... I am at a loss for words here. He really is going for the sticking his head in the sand approach.

For the record: he was called to the stand yesterday. This means that he was expected to be there and the rescheduling happened because of his absence. The trustee reschedulednfor March 26th. This is not doing Phil any favours, because it is highly suspicious behaviour.

Yet here Phil is, proclaiming (like clockwork) that he had a good day off.

Nope, you are right. It's not that his case is going to be dismissed immediately, that rarely happens.

But is extremely amusing, is that this is just peak Phil. That is the side I'd highlight. Phil has taken the 5th off, we all know why he has done it, though never addressed nor acknowledged it.

And what could that reason be? Part of me believes that he did it to "show the detractors". No one that frequents these threads and/or visits the farms can deny that it is well know that the hearing was today. But Phil might now think that he had going us for a loop by not showing up. Thing is, we don't stand to lose our house, he is. So IF that theory is true, he is just shooting himself in the foot.

Phil is also notoriously known for sticking his head in the sand and ignoring really pressing matters, pretending that it is not happening.

Phil also loves calling his "detractors" mentally ill. So if he catches air that someone did show up at the court yesterday, it'll give him ammo and validates him that he made the right choice. Thing is, he forgets that people are to show proper decorum when visiting courts. So once again, he is just undermining himself.

Always keep in mind that Phil is filing this bankruptcy himself. Somehow he makes 100-120 THOUSAND dollars per year and still manages on a gross income of 4k to have to file for bankruptcy. And even though he asked for it himself, he couldn't be bothered to show up. That is the major take away from all of this.

Phil is for 500.000 dollars in the shitter and stands to lose everything, but even in light of that, he just stands up the people who he needs to work with in order to resolve the situation HE created.

Phil went above and beyond to smash all expectations.

If Phil really wanted to show the detractors, he should have shown up and conducted himself in a professional manner that spoke to how well he had prepared for the hearing. That's one thing he can never understand: the easiest way for him make his haters look as bad as he says they are is to simply act like a normal person.

I still have doubts. Phil was called to the stand, others went before him. While this does make sense, it kind of seems to clash with what we know.

Also, it says that this goes into effect on the 9th, buth Phil's hearing was on the 5th.

Also, Phil is insufferable. Some streamer (never heard of the guy) got banned while drunk I think.

Phil took that to talk about it, so he could flex on the guy saying he is so much better and wiser...

Phil never interacts with anyone outside of his streams, but props himself up after someone gets banned that he never had any connections to whatsoever.

I think it's extremely telling that Phil is there as it happens. Kind of like Mundane Matt, every time there was a take down, he claimed never to do it, but was always there to defend himself.

People are already talking about his Morrowind playthrough potentially being the worst one he's ever done. Whether or not that's an exaggeration can be debated, but it made me think of something else: when is the last time he did a playthrough that might have been considered one of his best?
