I have a question for Balnazarr and WallStreetWolf: are you two fans? If so, I'm curious to what the appeal Phil has. Why do people still donate to him when he treats his fans like trash? Also, again, my opinion, but Phil seems like a lazy content creator compared to every other Twitch streamer. Why choose him over other let's players?

Hell no. DSP is pure scum. But, I'm also being realistic in that he's likely not going to come out of this harmed. Dude is making 6 figures and still somehow in debt and still begging. Dude is 40...c'mon...it's just sad. Piggy is really banking on the notion that these lawyers and the court have no idea what any of this stuff is. He thinks this is still the early 2000s where most people dont know much about these forms of online media. Im sure dozens of people have gone through similar shit when they took out loans trying to make it on youtube, twitch, etc., and the lawyers have most likely seen cases similar to this before. They cant be bullshitted.
