See, Phil lied about his Twitch income, he left out tips, meaning the number he gave was lower than the actual number. This will make it look like Phil is hiding assets/income. In top of that, in the statements they'll also be able to see where Phil is spending all that money on. What also us a really bad look for Phil ia that he doesn't have seperate accounts for private and business expenses. He also tried to justify micro transactions (assuming the WWE cacha game) as business expenses. The trustee knew exactly what to ask, and Phil's answers are making things worse. So yeah, having 60 idiots on the call is a bad thing, but all in all Phil ia digging himself in deeper and deeper every passing second of that meeting.
