If you want some nice short term gain I honestly think EVRI is very safe up to 7 dollars. Like, solid as a rock. I like it after that but I wouldn't be on fire about buying it.

There will be another big fall when this virus peaks btw. That should be the last big fall and the time to invest everything you are comfortable investing.

Then the real recovery will begin, don't get too fooled by today's gains.

I'm aiming to sell most of what I have at the end of the stimulus honeymoon period which should last a week or so.

New York will be chaos by about April 5-10ish.

Expect volatility for a couple months around that point.

Their drop isn't entirely related to COVID19. Maybe it goes up big time - again, I'm just 'neonreaper' on Gamefaqs. I would treat oil speculation differently from covid 19 speculation tho

And I dont mean to be morbid about it but it was clear early on NY was too slow to lock down for their population size.

They are the first but they won't be the last, hence the longer volatility period(New York itself i expect to see recovery by May).

It'll take a little bit for investors to realize the recovery will last and then by July stocks should return to a slow upward trend.

Almost certain.
I think we bottomed out last drop, i dont think we go below and if we do not by much.
Depends on if you can get your money in before the stimulus boost i think.

Most important question. When will that drop be, best guess?

Odd. Though I bet once the stimulus package is approved, well be looking at 2-3 days of gains.

If you guys want to really game the system, invest in ERI tonight, watch it grow from the stimulus package, sell it on Thursday or Friday, then wait out the pending final dip before reinvesting.

Do those apps take multiple days to settle your funds? Vanguard takes two business days. I sold stocks yesterday and cant reinvest that money until tomorrow. Sucks.

I'm not buying on Boeing. They were on a downward trend when this all went down. While no one is going to let Boeing go under I think the Airlines themselves have a bit more protection right now(There are so few of them now). Boeing has competition these Airlines will be flying capacity planes of non-Boeing models by the end of the year. Will it go up to 400 again? Maybe. Will it be anytime soon? I'm going to say no.

If you want to get in on Boeing, I'd say try to stay ahead and look for them making an announcement of a new large capacity passenger jet. They seem determined to bring the 737MAX back and I think airlines are going to be wary of consumers not having confidence in the plane, or Boeing having to adjust the price to compensate. Not to mention travel for the next year or so will be down significantly, less people will want to fly. Airlines will order less planes but have more control over maximizing profits(Boeing meanwhile will be trying to hawk more 737M closer to cost)

So for now, stick to the airlines is my advice. We know they are masters of sticking it to the customer and the customers being willing parties.

You have to remember market went up a lot yesterday thinking it'd be passed. Correction at concrete things makes sense.

Airlines just got an easement from the feds so they were up extra yesterday.

I think the bump continues thanks to the stimulus.

But then after that, everyone is gonna say "oh yeah, Q2...". I'm not sure if Friday was the bottom or if it'll just get worse.

I'm sure Boeing gets a boost but like, everything's getting a boost.
