And I dont mean to be morbid about it but it was clear early on NY was too slow to lock down for their population size.

They are the first but they won't be the last, hence the longer volatility period(New York itself i expect to see recovery by May).

It'll take a little bit for investors to realize the recovery will last and then by July stocks should return to a slow upward trend.
