This is like SIX straight major banners where I cleared out every single pull bait except the one I really REALLY wanted.

And whatever the other major non Tactics Chase banner we had recently.

What exactly do you need from banner 5 to God mode Yuffie and will it appear on the same banners again?

I have 100 mythril left. What are the chances of actually pulling said combo, would I be better off just doing another 33 draw and then what I have left of the 5 mtyril 3 pulls?

you need everything to "god mode" her, but USB2 is the most crucial, followed by glint

AOSB and glint do not return for at least 6 months. USB2 and LMR return quite a bit later (when Seph AOSB debuts).

I just went SEVEN!!! out of 15 disco orbs on the realms on parade.

Also, coming into today I had A Chain (Zack), i of course got Ignis in the banner 3... but HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!!!!!!

I JUST LITERALLY PULLED 3 CHAINS IN A ROW in the parade.

Rinoa's ice, Shantatto's weird laughing lightning one, and Tidus's water in 3 straight pulls.

The banner may have not been as nice as possible, but the parade was.

Kinda waffling on whether I want to give the wind banner any draws. Is it something that is even worth trying for with one 11 draw? Or should I just save that mythril for the Water/Fire one? I don't think I can really give it more. I mean I'm figuring if I get Cloud's USB or Zack's USB/CSB I'd actually be somewhat okay on Wind Damage.

Zack's chain is the still the only wind chain the game even in Japan so it's worth chasing for that alone. The Ripping Blast ability has made Zack miles better as well since he can contribute without his BSB.

I went 2/11 on my draw. Got Cloud's USB and Zidane's Burst. Not an amazing draw but I got one of the three relics I wanted on the banner (Cloud USB and Zack USB/Chain) so it's okay I guess. Not willing to draw more. Zack had his chance to shine and blew it.

Well, even with these new toys, Midgardsormr is still tough. My first attempt was a failure (I was using Cloud, Zack, Eiko, Edge, and Ramza) and I forget that Chant's crit buff is totally redundant with Lucky Stars. Second time I subbed in Shelke for Ramza and I had him down almost to zero at 36 seconds when we got wiped.

I'm going to try again with the same party. I was using the new Celerity ability for Zack, but Cloud is the one doing most of the damage so I'm wondering if Power chain might be better. Build up SB bar until close to 15s, powerchain out Lucky Stars and then Meteor Shots immediately, go to town with Cloud.

Relm's USB would be really nice to have.

After almost TWO years and 3 iterations I'm finally gonna have a fucking Cloud BSB!!!!

So happy. Wouod pay 100 dollars for it, so 30 is a bargain.

I'm thinking Gladiolus for the fire boost (I don't have a fire boosting physical weapon) but I'm also eyeing Terra since that might help me sub 30 Isgebind but the fire boost sword will be more helpful in the long run, but I'll need those Ice Crystals for the new 6* skills, hmmm.

BSB with be most likely be Squall BSB2, I got his AOSB and legend dived him (might have been a bit hasty there) But Snow's BSB2 has native ice boost and I didn't get any ice boosting armor in my FFV1/Banner 2 pulls.

Legend Materia will most likely be Tyro, he may be getting overshadowed but that instant cast could be a lifesaver in later fest bosses.

I also got 4 of each 4* Earth Magicite today! Probably will still need the earth crystals in the future so I mave farm Midgardsormr some more.

Got my time on Midgardsormr down to 35:42 by putting in Zidane instead of Shelke. I dove him a long time ago and I've been kind of regretting it (I have all his SSBs, BSBs, and OSB, but no USB). But it turns out his trance mode is pretty great with Dash and Slash here even with no USB. One of the biggest problems I was having before was building my wind chain since Zack's chain doesn't do any hits on entry. So Zidane's instant cast 40k damage that builds the chain is nice. Super hone intensive though - R4 ran out, even starting out with a few rounds of Lifesiphon.

Diving Cloud would probably help me get this under 30... I was saving those motes for Squall so I could beat Tiamat, but maybe I should just dive Cloud now and wait on Tiamat until I get more ice.

I went back to farming Marilis for *4 magicite to help boost my fire damage in hopes of sub30ing Isgebind, I already had 3 extra Marilis so I figured one more would drop, I got 3 King Bombs and 5 Firemare, but no Marilis, and I'm outta keystones, ugh.

I'm still trying to decide on my gift relic selection. I was leaning toward III before for +wind spears. But I didn't get any Luneth gear on this banner, and I'm invested in three other physical wind characters now (Cloud, Zack, and Zidane) who all can't use spears. I also already have the Arc SSB.

I have plenty of holy swords and BSB/OSB level stuff, so that makes it easy to rule out a bunch. Some ones I'm still considering:

V - Don't have either of the Bartz items. Probably still not going to be using him soon, but might help if I want to use him in the future?

VII - I realized I don't have any of these... but I don't like Sephiroth and probably won't use him. On the other hand it gives me a +dark Katana for Shadow.

VIII - I don't have any. Magic blink for Selphie might be kind of nice, but the poison items are pretty useless.

XI - I drew the OSB in the realms on parade draw, but it's kinda useless without the infuse ice BSB. And my XI synergy is pretty weak.

XV - I'm weak in this realm too. I have the BSB but not the other two.

I'd get the FFVII set for the Dark Boost Katana if you plan to use Shadow in magicite, physical dark boosting weapons are pretty rare. Also I wouldn't worry about FFXV synergy at the moment unless you plan on doing the Cid Mission for the next event, FFXV doesn't show up for a long time besides that.

I have more mythril left than I expected at this point (about 125). Do I pull on tonight's banner or save? The next banner I like is Maria's in a month. Tonight seems really strong but I'm already good on water. Could use some help on fire but not nearly as much as I need for earth. I'm leaning towards pulling at least once.

Seph would be such an easy pick for the BSB/OSB combo but i already have both so instead it's really difficult

III - would be my best physical wind DPS and maybe my best heal. i wish i was joking.

VI - i really like Celes and have nothing for her. doesn't play well with her USB though; basically just +20 atk if i get it. i guess it's also her only way to en-element for her AOSB if i eventually get that, and the buff could maybe be useful for VI torment.

X - water boost sword and +20 atk for Tidus, who i have everything else for

XI - would become my second-best physical ice DPS, maybe enough for Tiamat?

T - imperil holy for new torment and would give me my first 6*++ weapon.

Depends how poor your Earth actually is and how many relics you want from each I think. I'm not sure Maria banner is all that good unless you go kinda hard on it unless you have some half decent Earth already cause Maria Ultra is the only one that looks really great there IIRC. So you pretty much need that or like, a bunch of the other stuff.

I think if I were in your position I'd draw on banner 4 and then grab the III gear. Unless you have amazing magic wind or something.

If you have everything else for Tidus then you have a water ball so the water sword isn't THAT essential. XI is the other one to consider, I'm leaning towards that one myself. But maybe XIV if I don't draw on tonight's banner.

eh banner 4 is pretty bad for me. do not like Zack or Luneth, so all i really want from it is Cloud USB and Zidane LMR, both of which will be back on better banners.
