A tangible achievement recognizable by the game, not just a difficult gaming achievement like a speedrun or challenge or anything.

I think it would be completing All-Star on Hard with every character in SSBWiiU. I 100% the game, and some people say other achievements were harder, but that one took the cake imo. Certain characters just suck to play as.

Definitely beating Resident Evil 5 Professional mode solo, but CoD4 Mile High Club on Veteran comes close.

Brass Balls in BioShock was a pain. Insanity on ME2 also had some rough spots, Horizon most of all.

Hard Core on Dead Space 2 was nasty, Mile High Club, 100 percenting Super Meat Boy... Bladder of Steel was genuinely tough too.

My first hunch? Beating Uncharted 1 on Crushing and thus getting Platinum on the game. It's the first Uncharted, which is far more like Doom than the other three. It's brutal. I have no idea how many times I died.

I don't usually do the really hard stuff. That was an exception.

I'm pretty bad, but I did get a really low percent achievement on FF12. I got all the concurrences. When I got it only 1.5% had it.

Not hard per se, but it made me really happy I got a low one since I'm not very good at games.

According to PSN profiles, my top 15 rarest trophies all come from sports games, but that's less about their difficulty and more that there isn't much crossover between people who play sports games and people who collect trophies.

I got to legend in Hearthstone, but that's more of a time investment than a skill thing.

I got the platinum trophy in Thumper, which is apparently pretty rare. That was definitely a skill thing.

Oh apparently I actually can... though I can't find a way to easily find which are rarest. Maybe I'll just go with my total number of achievement points, then (20595; haven't played since maybe September or October 2016)
