Snow, because fools tend to drive normally in heavy rain but treat snow with at least some measure of respect. And things get cancelled in snow, leading to fewer fools on the road to begin with.

To keep him from leveling while leveling up your GFs and also collecting magic and items. Then when you get to endgame the mobs are his level while he's severely OP.

Now that I think about it, that'd be pretty crazy if that was just every country that did it like the US. Pick a country, get free citizenship and then the first 4 to 6 years you not only get paid, but don't have any rent to pay and food is covered too, so then you just spend that time saving up to start your new life when you get out. The choice would be so easy for weebs.
Most people are only familiar with the (rather terrible) movie rather than the book. Citizenship was only earned after your term of service, however long that service was. For those not fit to serve in the military, other life-threatening duties could be found: hostile environment construction, medical experimentation, etc. The point was that no one who wouldn't risk their life for the state deserved to vote or hold office, and the state was constantly in a world war level of conflict such that many who signed up for service didn't live to get citizenship.

There's no way he's getting 270, so yes it would go to the house. That's why he'd have to get at least third in the EC, because the house is only allowed to choose between the three candidates with the most EC votes.

Edit: also, the house vote is even more stacked against Democrats than the EC is, since each state gets one vote regardless of population. I don't know off hand whether DC gets a vote since they're not a state but do get EC votes. Using the 2020 election results it would be a 25-25 split, with DC going blue if it does get a vote.

How is squatting even legal?
As BBT implied, what we call "squatter's rights" are actually two different things. The more common version that most people think of as "squatter's rights" isn't actually squatting at all, it's just abusing the generous protections renters have against landlords. I'm pretty sure removing the toilet would be illegal in Illinois, even if the tenant didn't have a lease. I know removing doors or changing locks is illegal.

Actual squatter's rights are much longer term, technically called "adverse possession". It can take the form of living in an abandoned building but more often applies to land itself. For example, if you have a pasture where you feed livestock but part of it extends onto a neighboring property, you can eventually file to have the property lines redrawn to give you formal title to that land. The biggest hurdles there are 1) the owner has to know you are using the land 2) the owner has not taken any steps to remove you from the land and 3) you've been using the land for a very long time, anywhere from 10-20 years depending on state.

Maybe if you read the article, you will understand better. Many people have been misgendering him, and this is super common for trans people early in transition and/or trans kids to be frequently misgendered.

FYI, being non-binary doesnt mean someone uses they/them pronouns. Pronouns =/= gender

Actually read the article youre responding to -

https://www.nbcnews.com/nbc-out/out-news/fight-hasnt-ruled-cause-nex-benedicts-death-police-say-rcna140780
I read it before my first post and it says nothing about why they switched pronouns. Apparently he used both he/him and they/them pronouns.

Ally, who uses they/them pronouns and asked to go by only their first name to protect their privacy, said in an interview that they were close friends with Nex.
It was one of those things where you meet them and you automatically feel like youve known them for years kind of thing, Ally said Sunday before a vigil for Nex, whom they met at the start of the school year. They were such an adventurous little thing. It was never really a dull moment with them.

Ally said Nex primarily went by he/him pronouns at school but also used they/them pronouns, which Nex's family also used. Several other friends said Nex preferred he/him pronouns.

Doubt it, as storable rocket fuels (solid rocket fuels or room temperature fuels, not cryogenically chilled liquid fuels) tend to be absurdly toxic if you're too close to them, either before or after being burned. It's not anywhere close to siphoning diesel out of a T-90.

Almost certainly a high percentage of them are not operational without years of lead time, but no one is going to bet that ALL of them are nonfunctional. Even a couple dozen is still a credible deterrent. For instance the UK only has about 40 usable at any given time; France, India, and Pakistan are at a similar level. Russia supposedly has 1500 or so ready to be used at any given time, so even 1% of them being functional could lead millions to having a very bad day.

The pandemic did fuck with expectations with games for a bit. I think a lot of companies and investors thought of it as a 'to the moon!' moment. Now reality has set in.

In saying that unless these companies find something new that continues to drive up spending or users they were going to hit this point eventually. We're kinda at the point where no one has a great answer.
Like most industries, they're chasing trends that haven't happened yet. If they see a downward trend in the industry two years from now, they're not going to wait until they're running a deficit to start cutting back. That can possibly lead to self fulfilling prophecies, but the companies that don't do it tend to go broke and close.

Hamas has a monopoly on political power in Gaza. Realistically the peace process should consider how to disarm and integrate Hamas into the government, because all you are likely to get out of Gaza is people changing the shirts they are wearing if you say no Hamas at all. It's still going to be the same guys.
You can't "integrate" Hamas into a Palestinian government because Hamas already is the Palestinian government for just under half the Palestinian population. Literally the best we can hope for is a situation even more fucked up than the de-Ba'athification of Iraq, and that led to years of insurgency.

Blame stupid regulations and import taxes. Small trucks fall under different regulations than big trucks so they can get away with worse safety and mileage standards if your pickup has four+ seats rather than two.
