| pojr 07/07/18 7:29:32 PM #1 | Worst: Called customer service for my phone provider. I couldn't get 4G on my phone. I could tell the rep I spoke with didn't sound confident. He didn't ask a single troubleshooting question. He had me do very basic things like take out SIM card, power cycle, turn on 4G on my phone, etc. Eventually he concluded that I do not have 4G available in my area (which is BS) and asked if I have any other questions. Best: I sent in my broken Nintendo DS, and spoke with someone from their customer service. They sent me a DS Lite for free. Pretty cool. While I was on the line, she wasted no time.
