If you fap way too often especially to porn, then there's more than likely gonna be an air of unattractiveness surrounding you. -takes up too much time and doesn't accomplish anything. There's nothing productive to it other than a quick dopamine rush that leaves you feeling empty handed when it fades. And like, there isn't much you can do to "spice things up" when it gets boring other than going to weirder fetishes (this is something common on all of those 'nofap' forums, so many of them end up with weird interests) -those kinda add up, like what I said in the first one, and I feel like overdoing it really diminishes the self by giving into depravity. It might not be noticeable short-term, but adds up over time. Take the television show "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," for example - they start off slightly normal, maybe a tad off-kilter, but over the course of the series continually give into their depraved, animalistic side only reflective of the self and completely transform into hyperbolic caricatures of their past selves. Especially represented in the episode "The Gang Misses the Boat" where they basically become self-aware of that. Idk. I'm real into the whole 'balanced life' and 'mindfulness' thing lately and that's just the idea i got behind overdoing it on fapping. I'm sure it's fine a few times a week or something, but it's definitely a slippery slope imo because I think that watching porn and fapping to that diminishes your relationship with yourself, same with things like casual sex.
